Morocco (i/məˈrɒkoʊ/; Arabic: المغرب al-Maġrib; Berber: ⵍⵎⴰⵖⵔⵉⴱl'Meġrib; French: Maroc), officially the Kingdom of Morocco, is a country in the Maghreb region of North Africa. Geographically, Morocco is characterized by a rugged mountainous interior and large portions of desert. It is one of only three countries (with Spain and France) to have both Atlantic and Mediterranean coastlines. The Arabic name al-Mamlakah al-Maghribiyah (Arabic: المملكة المغربية, meaning "The Western Kingdom") and Al-Maghrib (Arabic: المغرب, meaning "The West") are commonly used as alternate names.
Morocco has a population of over 33.8 million and an area of 446,550 km2 (172,410 sq mi). Its political capital is Rabat, although the largest city is Casablanca; other major cities include Marrakesh, Tangier, Tetouan, Salé, Fes, Agadir, Meknes, Oujda, Kenitra, and Nador. A historically prominent regional power, Morocco has a history of independence not shared by its neighbours. Its distinct culture is a blend of Arab, indigenous Berber, Sub-Saharan African, and European influences.

Plot: Detective Detective Detective is a comedy about three brothers who spend a week in the Alaskan wilderness playing a live action role-playing mystery game. All in their late 20's/early 30's, they've lost touch over the years -- partially due to general "adulthood," but also due to some past grievances that took root and allowed bitterness to set in. Set against a majestic Alaskan backdrop, the brothers improvise their way through a mystery set up by a Game Master. They play detectives tasked with investigating the mysterious disappearance of world-renown, reclusive author, Adrian Belmont, who vanished while researching Inuit mythological creatures called Qalupaliks. As the detectives are challenged with increasingly difficult puzzles within the game that take away their senses (vision, hearing, talking), they are forced to rely on one another, and find their real-world conflict coming out in the game's world. In the end, in order to find the missing author, they must first find their missing brotherhood.

LEADIN: Morocco's marijuana farmers live in a strange limbo in which brilliant green fields are left alone, while the growers themselves face constant police harassment. But a new draft law may bring some reprieve. It aims to legalise marijuana growing for medical and industrial uses, a radical idea for a Muslim nation that could alleviate poverty and social unrest. STORYLINE: Abdelkhalek Benabdallah strides among towering marijuana plants. He's checking the buds for the telltale spots of white, indicating they are ready for harvest. By September much of the crop has been picked and left to dry on the roofs of the stone-and-wood huts that dot the Rif valley, the heart Morocco's pot-growing region. When we decided to start summer early in Morocco. Sunsets over the ocean, dancing under the stars, jam sessions on the roof, fresh vegetable tagine's everyday, all the fresh mint tea and exotic spices, a ridiculous amount of bananas, yoga overlooking the ocean, bonfires on the beach and all the new friends along the way. People are always projecting how dangerous this country is for women to travel to and we believe this shares relation to the negative connotations tha...

Travel video about destination Morocco. Casablanca is the largest city in Morocco, has the most important harbour in North Africa and is gateway to the magic of the Orient. In the Koran it says: ‘And Allah’s Throne Was On The Water !’ Thus inspired, the Grand Mosque was built on Casablanca’s shoreline. This monumental building was designed to accommodate 105,000 believers and its tall minaret dominates the city’s skyline. More than twelve million people helped finance this ‘Eighth Wonder Of The World’ which involved 90 engineers and 30,000 craftsmen and artists. Lying northwards along the Atlantic coast, is Rabat, Morocco’s capital and home to its government and royal family. The King’s Palace, the Palais Royal, is a town in itself. Surrounded by walls and protected by royal guards, since 1...
Morocco is fulfulling our dreams about the Tales of One Thousand and One Nights even today. It is an exotic and romantic country with the thousand miracles or the Arab world; old cities, mosques, bazaars, natural beauties from palm tree gardens to sand dunes and from the frosty tops of the Atlas mountains to the beaches of Agadir. There are the oases in the Sahara, the colorful buildings of Marrakesh, the Anti-Atlas’s green valleys and the forts of the Foreign Legion. The royal cities are all wonderful: Casablanca, well known from the famous movie with the same title, the capital, Rabat, the ancient Fes, and the elegant cultural centre, Marrakesh. The Djemaa El Fna square has a unique atmosphere, where magicians, henna painters, acrobats, belly dancers, tale tellers from the Sahara, healer...

If you want to ride on rocks, harsh arid land and mountains I guess Morocco would be the place to go, and yep thats what I found. This is definitely a hard barren place and the country is all made upon rock. I arrived by plane into the town of Ozauzazite at 2:30 am and met my guide who was going to take me on my tour. I wanted to travel by myself on this trip as I love to take photos and wanted the opportunity to stop were ever whenever I wanted and take photos without holding up a group. The experience of getting out of Casablanca to Ozauzazite was something out of a circus and arriving in a strange place in the early hours of the morning kept my guard up a little, and traveling for over 22 hours to get to this desert town I was eager to get my head onto a pillow and get some sleep. My gu...

The Canary Islands are a Spanish archipelago in the Atlantic Ocean, just off Morocco in North Africa. Formed by volcanic eruptions and shaped by hot desert winds, they are comprised of 7 main islands. When powerful seismic forces lifted these islands out of the ocean millions of years ago, they sculpted landscapes of unimaginable beauty. So spectacular are the Canary Islands that for centuries, it was believed that this archipelago formed the peaks of the legendary lost city of Atlantis. Today, the Canary Islands are a magnet for sun seekers, beachcombers and adventurers from all over the world. With, 160 miles of coastline, 150 beaches and a climate that feels like it is always spring, the island of Fuerteventura...

This is the Gopro Video of our morocco trip. We spent 14 days in morocco and traveled through the country. We have been in Fez, Chefchaouen, Casablanca, Agadir, Taghazout, Marrakech and the desert. There we met a lot of nice people and learned a lot about the culture and the local people. And not to forget the different kinds of food.
I dreamt I was in Morocco
Strange odours were in the air
And I was in love with a princess
With black curly hair
I dreamt I was in Morocco
And haunted was every way
The princess was abducted
And I was forced to stay
Now I'm back
With no princess by my side
There ain't no cure
For my restless, lonely nights
And now I'm back
With a princess on my mind
I wish I could go back in dreams
And I go on to find her
I dreamt I was in Morocco
I was searching in dark despair
Felt some people's eyes on me
But their hearts didn't care
My heart is still in Morocco
Still wounded still wandering around
Still in the princess's possession
Still keeping its ground
