Description
This AV Controller app will turn your iPhone/iPod touch/iPad into a Wi-Fi enabled remote control for your Yamaha network products(*). This App provides you the flexibility to control the available inputs, volume, mute and power commands. It lets users change a song from Internet Radio, USB and command FM/AM tuners or any other internally available source. Music Play feature allows you to stream music tracks directly from your iPhone/iPod touch/iPad to Yamaha network products to so you can enjoy high quality music through your AV system.
Screen sizes of Tablet devices are also supported.

Great, when working
Easy to use and comprehensive app. Would be great if it could natively stream Tidal (lossless Hifi streaming is great).
Also, the receiver simply drops out of my wifi network frequently whilst I'm streaming from AirPlay. I note that my other devices don't drop out of Wifi and that I have an Airport Time Capsule and AirPort Extreme operating within close vicinity of the receiver. Fix this and it would be a great app.
Fantastic app!
This Yamaha app is reliable, easy to use, and has a lot of functionality. Switching inputs, changing surround sound settings, adjusting the volume, and of course simply turning the unit on or off is a walk in the park with this app.
Well done Yamaha!
