What they do: Combine Nestlé’s history in pet food–including brands such as Friskies® and Fancy Feast®–with Purina’s heritage and you get one of the leading brands in pet care.
Why they’re cool: Nestlé Purina is nothing short of a pet lover’s wonderland. They actively encourage all full-time and part-time owners to bring their pets to work with them daily. Their headquarters even has its own on-site dog park known as the Barkyard. Can’t afford a pet? Nestlé Purina gives $200 to any associate who adopts or becomes a pet owner to assist with initial costs.

What they do: MINDBODY is the largest cloud-based software provider in the health, wellness and beauty industries, connecting professionals to the clients they serve.
Why they’re cool: At MINDBODY, well-being is not just a corporate mission but a core component of the company culture. There are 3 full-time massage therapists on site and over five wellness classes offered each week. The company also treats its employees to healthy meals from in-house caterers and $65 in wellness vouchers each month.

Why they’re cool: Riot Games’ headquarters boasts larger-than-life statues of League of Legend characters and wall screens glowing with player-created art. You can game the night away in their on-site PC Bang, a Korean-inspired space dedicated to gaming. At the Thunderdome, a 30 hour company-wide hackathon, employees get a chance to bring their League of Legend visions to life. And as if that wasn’t enough, Riot Games gives each employee $300 each year to buy and play video games of their choice.
