I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Wells Fargo has great benefits (PTO, Medical, 401k retirement, etc) and opportunities for career advancement. My fellow team members are like a second family.

    Cons

While career development is encouraged, you still have to own it. They do provide resources to help along the way.

    Advice to Management

Be sure to keep future focused and provide the resources when and where needed.

"Cross Sell or Unemployment, Wells Fargo Only Wants Employees To Sell Customers"

I have been working at Wells Fargo (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

    Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!

    Advice to Management

Cross sell expectations are going to destroy the customers experience after all tenured employees are fired. All that will be left are employees that cross sell and could not resolve a true complex issue.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time

    Pros

Interesting work and plenty of it . Growth is encouraged. Fast paced but easy to ask questions. Time off and benefits are good. Bosses are down to earth and don't micromanage and coworkers are helpful and work as a team.

    Cons

Set hours when business would not be affected if flex time was allowed. A lot of us could do work remotely if this was allowed.

    Advice to Management

Consider allowing more flexible hours in areas where business would not be affected
