Target is really making some great improvements right now. The work is hard, but it's innovative and exciting. It's nice to be part of a successful transformation.
Cons
With all of the transformation, there is a little uncertainty and an increased workload. The grey and the unknown can be a little scary, but things are clearly moving in the right direction.
Advice to Management
Continue to be as transparent and positive as possible. It is a great way to keep teams motivated and excited about the current direction of the company!

Your salary goes right back into the place you work at.. it's amazing! Not only do you spend it back from where it came, but you can finally afford that pack of gum you've been eyeing for the past 365 days.

You will love every day of your life! People will want to know everything you do, right down to why you breathe in general, so it makes you feel welcome.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you were born to do! Give advice like there is no tomorrow. People do appreciate your opinions, especially on their personality and appearance. Also, make sure you don't forget that employees are expendable!!

they change the way things are done too often - which makes it hard to know which direction to take
Advice to Management
rules need to be consistent and applied equally - for example either give everyone written instructions on how to complete a task or do group meetings so that everyone is on the same page with proceedures

It was fun working at Target, I enjoyed the team motivation from all of my co workers

sometimes there weren't enough hours to go around, I'd get stuck with only 10 hours per week sometimes

Be more aware of when co workers are having issues with each other, they need a mediator

Flexible working hours. Competitive salary. Great Team Spirit. Encouraging TLs and ETLs.
Cons
Few working hours. Job can be overwhelmingly demanding at times. Benefits aren't earned until certain time. There are some embarrassing part of the job like cleaning up breakroom.
Advice to Management
Work on a better compensation package for Team Members. Designate brand attendants to clean break room tables. Allow HR team members to conduct interviews.
