I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Company provides great benefits: vacation time, sick time, medical insurances are decent. Most other companies aren't able to compare to the time off benefits.

    Cons

I feel like the pay is less for the work done based on what other companies pay. Most training I have found does not have instructed class but is provided by a peer.

    Advice to Management

I think pay should be more considering what surrounding competing companies are paying

    Pros

Excellent opportunities for advancement, compensation, and relocation. The global diversity creates amazing opportunity. Management cares equally about clients, employees and share holders.
