Peugeot has revealed details of its facelifted 308 hatch, showing off a new six-tier small car line-up.
The French brand has slightly tweaked the styling of its refreshed small car with a reworked front bumper and minor alterations to the grille, along with new LED headlights and new tail lights.
However, the majority of the changes come in the form of increased driver aids with the inclusion of lane departure warning, autonomous emergency braking, a reversing camera with rear parking sensors and auto park assist functions.
Peugeot has also updated its infotainment system to now be compatible with smartphone mirroring functions such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The 308 also offers in-built Tom Tom navigation with voice commands.
The French car maker is also offering a range of updated engine options in the new 308. The highlight being the newly introduced 133kW/400Nm 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo diesel unit which is mated to a new eight-speed auto found in the range-topping GT variant and the upcoming 3008 SUV.
Peugeot is offering a variety of petrol and diesel engines including a three-cylinder petrol powered variant.
More details will be made available closer to an Australian launch, most likely in early 2018.

Peugeot 308 pricing is a farce, are these for real, starting at around $40K you would have to be insane.
