The famous songstress looked unrecognisable on Friday when she surprised fans for her 29th birthday - dressing up as a comedy grandmother.
Thanks to some amazing make-up work, and wearing a wild wig, glasses, and a pink cardigan, the singer was transformed into Joannie "Nan" Taylor from The Catherine Tate Show.
Sharing snaps of her new look on Instagram, Adele wrote: "Nearly 30! Thanks for the well wishes. See you soon x."
The award-winning British star posted four photos of herself in costume and in a variety of poses, including one snap which shows the hair of her wig standing on end.
She clearly likes to play dress up. For her 27th birthday she transformed herself into her late friend George Michael, and at Halloween last year, she dressed as Jim Carrey's character in The Mask.
