A man has been punched, reversed over and dragged along the ground while pursuing thieves who stole his ute from a rural property near Brisbane.
The 44-year-old woke up at 4.20am on Saturday to see his vehicle being driven away from his shed on Munbilla Road, Munbilla.
He gave chase in another car but was rammed off the road through a fence and into a paddock, then repeatedly punched in the face, reversed over and dragged along the ground.
The man has been taken to Ipswich hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
