Las piñas son miembros de la familia de las bromelias y esta es una de las pocas bromelias que producen frutos comestibles. El fruto en realidad se forma gracias a la fusión entre sí de muchas bayas individuales. Cada escala de la piña es una baya individual.
Receta para realizar un zumo “casi milagroso” de piña
Ingredientes:
una piña entera con su cáscara.
1000 ml de agua filtrada.
Miel de abeja al gusto.
Forma de preparación:
Lava bien la piel de toda la piña.
Pela la piña como haces de normal y separa la cáscara, desechando la corona y el fruto.
Pon a Hervir la corteza, con un poco de la pulpa de la piña en agua y deja enfriar bien.
Bate la cáscara hervida, junto a un litro de agua y el edulcorante.
Cuela el jugo y listo para tomar.
BENEFICIOS NUTRICIONALES DE LA PIÑA.
Las piñas contienen altas cantidades de vitamina C y manganeso. Estas delicias tropicales son también una buena manera de obtener la fibra dietética que nuestro cuerpo necesita y bromelina (que es una enzima).
Además de tener altas cantidades de manganeso, que es importante para las defensas antioxidantes, las piñas también contienen altas cantidades de tiamina, una vitamina B que está involucrada en la producción de energía.
A pesar de su dulzura, una taza con trozos de piña contiene tan sólo 82 calorías. Las piñas no tienen grasa, ni colesterol y son bajas en sodio.

Las piñas son miembros de la familia de las bromelias y esta es una de las pocas bromelias que producen frutos comestibles. El fruto en realidad se forma gracias a la fusión entre sí de muchas bayas individuales. Cada escala de la piña es una baya individual.
Receta para realizar un zumo “casi milagroso” de piña
Ingredientes:
una piña entera con su cáscara.
1000 ml de agua filtrada.
Miel de abeja al gusto.
Forma de preparación:
Lava bien la piel de toda la piña.
Pela la piña como haces de normal y separa la cáscara, desechando la corona y el fruto.
Pon a Hervir la corteza, con un poco de la pulpa de la piña en agua y deja enfriar bien.
Bate la cáscara hervida, junto a un litro de agua y el edulcorante.
Cuela el jugo y listo para tomar.
BENEFICIOS NUTRICIONALES DE LA PIÑA.
Las piñas contienen altas cantidades de vitamina C y manganeso. Estas delicias tropicales son también una buena manera de obtener la fibra dietética que nuestro cuerpo necesita y bromelina (que es una enzima).
Además de tener altas cantidades de manganeso, que es importante para las defensas antioxidantes, las piñas también contienen altas cantidades de tiamina, una vitamina B que está involucrada en la producción de energía.
A pesar de su dulzura, una taza con trozos de piña contiene tan sólo 82 calorías. Las piñas no tienen grasa, ni colesterol y son bajas en sodio.

Antiinflamatoria
La piña es la única fuente dietética principal de la bromelina. La mayor concentración de bromelina se encuentra dentro del núcleo de la fruta, también se encuentra a lo largo de las piezas dulces y en el jugo. La bromelina tiene propiedades anti-inflamatorias, lo que es útil en el tratamiento de lesiones deportivas y el dolor causado por este tipo de lesiones.
Propiedades anti cancerígenas
Los estudios muestran que la bromelina tiene el potencial de actuar como un agente para combatir eficazmente el cáncer. La piña funciona al unísono con la quimioterapia, suprimiendo así el crecimiento de las células cancerosas.
