Photo Editor Pro | Polarr

Personally I used both the paid version of Polarr and Lightroom Desktop. There are things I like about both that the other doesn't have. I use Polarr for my students who can't afford Lightroom and I have found it is a great program with a lot of the options of Lightroom without the cost. Polarr is much better then Lightroom Mobil but lacks a little behind Lightroom Desktop. The exports may not be to the quality of Lightroom but it comes close. It has been great for the educational environment and should be great for people who aren't professional photographers. Students who learn to use Polarr can easily make the switch to Lightroom Desktop. I really like that Polarr is now starting to support Camera RAW and large files. I used a Nikon D810 which has 70Mb NEF files. Polarr does need a little beefier computer. I have tried it on low end computers and it has problems displaying images (come up blank) when I used a higher end computer like my desktop it works fine.

It's easy to use--or maybe not. I use different image editors so I was able to figure out how to get files, etc. After that, the rest was pretty intuitive.

Powerful editing to post process your shots. Wonderfully clear and easy UI. I count on this program all the time to elevate my photography.

This photo editor does a great job for a hobbyist like myself. It allows me to edit the raw files, and clean up pictures that are too hazy or lacking in contrast.

I thought they had great editing options but there was an issue where photos wouldn't show up. I contacted and they contacted back but never really resolved the issue. I sent some comp specs so they would know what I was working with and that was about it. Nothing resolved and money down the drain on the Pro Version. Thanks for nothing.

Great for adjusting exposure, brightness, etc. I was able to use some photos that were originally overexposed(shutter open for extended time, too long) I like the Dehaze feature also..

Adobe Lightroom Mobile doesn't even come close to Polarr. Best part: buy this program once, and all features will also be unlocked on other platforms (iOS, Android, Chrome browser, Web, Windows)

I used it for a couple times and fell in love because I could add my watermark to batches of photos at once, now it just keeps crashing on me!

Love the editing options. Would love to see a few more levels of granularity for auto adjustments (lighting vs. coloring). It's outstanding to be able to make a series of edits, copy them, and then apply to other pictures. Great app. Really glad I bought it.

This is the best app on windows because the layout is grate, no bugs, on sale for an amazing price, and easy to use. EVERYONE GIVE 5 STARS.
