Knowledge for better food systems

Foodhub

Foodhub is the information hub of the FCRN whose purpose is to provide access to useful online resources on sustainable food systems. Open for all to use, it currently consists of three parts:

  1. Foodsource (foodsource.org.uk), our structured learning resource providing accurate, accessible, and impartial knowledge on key food systems issues.
  2. The Research Library, a searchable archive of over 3,500 important papers, reports, and publications, summarised by FCRN, covering multiple dimensions of food and sustainability.
  3. Our weekly newsletter – Fodder – provides an essential round-up of food sustainability-relevant publications, articles, jobs and events.

Foodsource

Foodsource provides a topic-based ‘walk through’ of social and environmental food system issues and concerns, from production through to consumption. Aimed at the wider food sustainability community – both students and professionals – it provides accurate, accessible and impartial knowledge to help build understanding of the many interlinked issues connected to our food system.

Research Library

The FCRN Research Library is our knowledge store. It offers a fully searchable archive of over 3,500 summarised papers, reports and other publications that focus on one or multiple dimensions of food and sustainability.

Fodder

We send out a weekly newsletter which provides an essential round-up of food sustainability-relevant publications, articles, jobs and events. Sign up to receive it, or better still join as an FCRN member and connect with our diverse network of members.
