Vedi (The Fighter Mard No.1) tells the story of a young Police officer, Prabhakaran (Vishal), who goes to Kolkata in search of his sister, Aishwarya (Poonam Kaur). Prabhakaran, at his native Thoothukudi, had developed enmity with a local don (Sayaji Shinde) by thrashing him in public and putting him behind bars. The enmity gets travelled to Kolkata also where the don join another local gangster to take revenge on the police officer. The baddies trouble the police officer’s sister and her friend, Paaru (Sameera Reddy), who falls in love with Prabhakaran.
While the enmity between Prabhakaran and the local don continues, a flashback of Prabhakaran goes on. It is about how bad him and his sister were treated by the society as their father was a smuggler. So, Prabhakaran decides to send his sister to an orphanage saying that he doesn't know that girl is. This creates a bad name about Prabhakaran in his sister's books. Later, Aishwarya, Prabha's sister gets adopted by a North-Indian family and settles in Kolkata. After few years, Aishwarya's foster parents die of an accident and she is sent to an orphanage again.
Therefore, he goes to Kolkata and he masquerades himself as a Gym Teacher in a College as he is scared that his sister might avoid him.
So, how the police officer defeats the baddies and joins with his sister is the action-packed climax of the movie.

Plot

Story

Synopsis :
Story
B. Tech Babu (Rana) is part of a drama troupe and unlike the elders in the troupe he is very practical and plans to go abroad for higher education. But the death of his grandfather (Kota) and the ritual of dumping his ashes in their native village brings Babu to a different world.
It is the mining mafia of Reddappa (Milind) who rules those areas and has wiped out all natural resources. In this process, Babu also meets Devika (Nayan) a daring journalist doing a documentary on the mining mafia. From a very self-centered person, Babu makes a self-discovery and how he has to play an important role in it.

Sameera Reddy
Sameera Reddy (born 14 December 1980) is an Indian actress who primarily appears in Hindi films. She has also appeared in a few Telugu and Tamil films.
Early life
Sameera was born on 14 December 1980 in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh to a Telugu Reddy family. Her father Chinta Poli (C. P.) Reddy is a businessman, while her mother Nakshatra, referred to as Niki by her daughters and in the media, was a microbiologist and worked with an NGO. She has two siblings, Meghna Reddy, a former VJ and supermodel, and Sushma Reddy, a Bollywood actress and model, both elder to her. She did her schooling at Bombay Scottish School in Mahim, Mumbai and graduated from Sydenham College.
Sameera described herself as a "tomboy" and "the ugly duckling in the family", while citing: "I was plump, had glasses and my glam quotient was rather low till I was 19."
Career
Reddy first appeared in ghazal singer Pankaj Udhas's "Aur Aahista" music video in 1997, when she was a graduate. Sameera was meant to make her debut as an actress in Saravana Subbiah's Tamil film, Citizen, during late 2000, but eventually did not feature. She caught the attention of Bollywood and was cast in a pivotal role in the 2002 Hindi film Maine Dil Tujhko Diya. In 2004, she appeared in Musafir.

Vedi (The Fighter Mard No.1) tells the story of a young Police officer, Prabhakaran (Vishal), who goes to Kolkata in search of his sister, Aishwarya (Poonam Kaur). Prabhakaran, at his native Thoothukudi, had developed enmity with a local don (Sayaji Shinde) by thrashing him in public and putting him behind bars. The enmity gets travelled to Kolkata also where the don join another local gangster to take revenge on the police officer. The baddies trouble the police officer’s sister and her friend, Paaru (Sameera Reddy), who falls in love with Prabhakaran.
While the enmity between Prabhakaran and the local don continues, a flashback of Prabhakaran goes on. It is about how bad him and his sister were treated by the society as their father was a smuggler. So, Prabhakaran decides to send his sister to an orphanage saying that he doesn't know that girl is. This creates a bad name about Prabhakaran in his sister's books. Later, Aishwarya, Prabha's sister gets adopted by a North-Indian family and settles in Kolkata. After few years, Aishwarya's foster parents die of an accident and she is sent to an orphanage again.
Therefore, he goes to Kolkata and he masquerades himself as a Gym Teacher in a College as he is scared that his sister might avoid him.
So, how the police officer defeats the baddies and joins with his sister is the action-packed climax of the movie.

Story

Synopsis: 'Red Alert' is based on the true-life story of Narsimha. Narsimha is a farmer who needs money to educate his children. He is a hard-working labourer but suddenly due to a sudden change in circumstances gets caught up in the Naxalite movements. Slowly, he gets involved deeper and deeper in their activities and ends up being one of them. But things suddenly go horribly wrong and he finds himself facing the naxal chief who wants his blood. He manages to escape but now he is on the run from both the police and the militants! What will Narsimah choose? His conscience or survival? Plot

When KK's brother carelessly harms Ashok's sister, Ashok beats him so badly he has to be hospitalized. KK vows vengeance; and when he later falls for Anjali --the beautiful dancer who has also captured Ashok's heart-- his reasons for wanting Ashok out of the way double.
