The photos appear to show an ecstatic celebrity couple marking a historic yacht race win.
But behind the scenes, hours after Anthony Bell and his wife Kelly Landry celebrated his victory in the Sydney to Hobart yacht race, Ms Landry asked him to get his things out of their hotel room, saying "I know about Erin".
Text messages between the couple the night after the race were read in Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday, as part of a hearing over an apprehended violence order taken out on Ms Landry's behalf in January.
After a series of texts and phone calls on December 28, Ms Landry wrote to Mr Bell at 10pm saying: "I know about Erin. Just saw her run to you."
The court heard "Erin" referred to the Channel Nine sports presenter and NRL Footy Show host Erin Molan, who was part of the crew of Mr Bell's supermaxi Perpetual Loyal.
Mr Bell's barrister, Ian Temby, QC, asked Ms Landry if she suspected "infidelity"."I suspected something was going on between them, but not necessarily infidelity. I thought their relationship was odd," Ms Landry told court.
A text message reply from Mr Bell read: "Not wearing that, I'm calling her [Erin Molan] now to tell her of your accusations. It's not fair to her or me for that matter."
Ms Landry sent a message back, saying: "Whatever Ant. Your behaviour and accusations after everything I've done for you is inexcusable. So beyond."
She later wrote: "Please evacuate the room - surely you're a decent enough person for that. I want nothing more to do with you. This abuse stops here."
A Channel Nine spokeswoman said Ms Landry's accusations were "false, offensive and defamatory".
"What is happening between Anthony Bell and Kelly Landry in court is incredibly sad," the statement said.
"However we are very disappointed that Erin's name has been unfairly dragged into the family dispute. It has absolutely nothing to do with her.
"Erin's relationship with Anthony Bell has only ever been strictly professional, both as a client and a crew member on Perpetual Loyal. Erin has never had any intimate relationship with Anthony Bell."
Ms Landry was shown photographs of her celebrating with Mr Bell after the race victory.
"You came to think, did you not, that he had not sufficiently acknowledged you when speaking about the win?" Mr Temby asked.
"No."
Ms Landry said Mr Bell only thanked the families of the boat's crew.
"I was disappointed, but I didn't share that with anybody."
The court has heard the couple stopped living together in their Watsons Bay mansion, and Mr Bell began staying on his yacht. They are in the same courtroom for the second day of the hearing, in which he is contesting the AVO.
The court has heard Ms Landry alleges Mr Bell was "financially mean" to her during their marriage.
Mr Temby outlined a series of expenses paid for by Mr Bell, including twice-yearly overseas holidays, flying business- or first-class, and five-star accommodation.
Mr Temby also listed the purchase of designer bags and clothes, and payments to a housekeeper who worked 50 hours a week.
Mr Bell also gave Ms Landry $1000 a week to cover expenses like groceries, the court heard.
Ms Landry said: "Just because it says this on paper, doesn't mean I had access to these things. This was all at his discretion."
The court heard Ms Landry told a psychologist that her husband was worth $100 million, but she was paid less than the household staff.
Mr Temby showed Ms Landry a photograph she took of herself at a luxury resort in November last year, which she posted to Instagram with the caption: "Early Christmas present".
The post originally included a note of thanks to Mr Bell, which has since been deleted.
"I edit posts all the time," Ms Landry said.
The hearing continues before magistrate Robert Williams.
