All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). If you are purchasing from outside Australia, the GST will be deducted at checkout.
You may purchase products from our website using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.
Please ensure that you provide accurate credit card details, billing address and other information that we request from you in order to process your payment. We may not be able to process your payment or deliver your purchase if the information you provide is incorrect.
Credit card payments are processed by Pin Payments, a Melbourne-based third-party secure server. For more information about Pin Payments visit pin.net.au. Text Publishing does not store any credit card details.
We keep a record of your personal information for our reporting and accounting purposes. Text Publishing may use your contact details to send email marketing material to you. If you do not wish to receive this marketing material you can click ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the email to be removed from our email marketing list. The information collected is for the exclusive use of Text Publishing and will not be shared with or sold to other parties.
Delivery
Our standard method of delivery is Australia Post and its distribution channels. Orders made to an Australian address take about 3-7 business days. Please note that over the 2016 Christmas Period, please choose the Express Delivery option if you want to ensure your mail is received before Christmas.
Delivery within Australia is free of charge. You can also choose to pay $12 for Express Post deliveries within Australia. See Australia Post for more information.
Standard delivery to New Zealand is $10, anywhere else in the world is $20. Text reserves the right to revise freight costs on international orders, we will contact you once your order is placed.
Orders are processed once daily on normal business days. If your order is out of stock, you will be notified on the next business day. Anything out of stock will take approximately 5 extra business days for delivery.
Pre-orders will be charged immediately and despatched on the publication date of the individual title.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. Text Publishing is not responsible for orders that are not delivered if the delivery address provided is incorrect.
Returns and Refunds
If your delivery is incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and we will arrange prompt replacement or refund where necessary.
If you change your mind, we can issue credit or refund on return of the order. You will be responsible for return postage, and the items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale before any credit or refund is issued.
