June. 24th, 2009, Shanghai Chemspec International Limited went public in New York Stock Exchange.
Chemspec International (CPC) announced Monday that it has signed a definitive agreement to merge with Halogen Limited and Halogen Mergersub, a Cayman Islands exempted company wholly owned by Halogen.
Halogen Limited is jointly owned by an affiliate of Primavera Capital Management and Jianhua Yang, chief executive officer and chairman of the company's board, who owns approximately 55% of the Halogen's outstanding ordinary shares.
The board of directors of the companies have approved the merger, which is still subject to the affirmative vote of shareholders in accordance with Cayman Islands law. The merger is expected to be completed before the end of the third quarter 2011.
CPC Shares are up 6.26% to $7.64.

When he hears on a news station that Michael Myers has returned, he attempts to kill him for revenge. He, his brother Orrin, his friend Earl and other local men band together and try to locate Michael so that they can kill him. However, he is attacked and murdered by Michael, who stabs him in the central area of his stomach when he fights against him on the back of a pick up truck.

Alice Martin (Anne Bruner) is a minor character in the second Halloween film. She is a teenager from Haddonfield, Illinois who is at home alone on Halloween night of 1978 and hears her neighbor, Mrs. Elrod, scream. She goes outside and calls out in the direction of her neighbors's house asking if they were alright but gets no response, and returns to her house. She resumes talking on the telephone with her friend and tells her that her parents left to go visit a relative and is happy to have the house to herself. Then her friend informs her of what is happening in Haddonfield. Alice turns on the radio while still on the phone with her friend, then she hears a strange noise which makes her jump and drop the phone. She then notices the front door is open and walks into the living room asking if anyone is there. Once she is halfway across the living room, Michael Myers jumps up and stabs her in the neck.

China CITIC Bank (simplified Chinese: 中信银行; traditional Chinese: 中信銀行; pinyin: Zhōng Xìn Yínháng) is China’s seventh-largest lender in terms of total assets. It is was known as CITIC Industrial Bank until it changed its name in August 2005. China CITIC Bank, established in 1987, is a nationally comprehensive and internationally oriented commercial bank. The bank operates in almost 130 countries, and maintains a strong foothold on the mainland banking industry. The bank operates 78 branches in the mainland, and 622 sub-branches, located in economically developed regions of China. In total, there are 773 branch offices in China, as of Q4 2011.
China CITIC Bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of China International Trust and Investment Corporation (CITIC), with assets of USD 474.73 billion. As of 2006, China CITIC Bank had a non-performing loan (NPL) ratio of 2.5% (RMB 11.1 billion). The bank's capital adequacy ratio is 9.1%.
History
Origins
In 1984, the chairman of CITIC group at the time, Rong Yiren, requested that the Chinese government create a banking division under his company, in order to fully embody the needs for foreign exchange. This move was approved by the People's Bank of China, and a banking division was created under CITIC group in April 1985. At this point, the bank was based on the original finance department, expanding its operations regarding external financing, foreign exchange transactions, loans, international settlement, finance leases and deposits. In April 1987, the bank was formally established as a separate legal entity, following approval from the People's Bank of China and the Chinese State Council.

The assembly of this car's professionally finished body began with a steel-lined GRP molding that was hand tweaked and gel coated on a full-size rotisserie rack. Once that gel coating was complete, the body was smoothed by a seasoned fiberglass professional, baked in an even coat of primer and inspected top to bottom to ensure first class quality. When quality control was cleared, a clean basecoat was covered in three layers of ChemSpec clearcoat, baked and cured for three days, and finally, flattened and polished to a head turning shine. Built from the ground up as your ticket to major power and killer speed, this car's stout Roush 427 small block utilizes an iron block, a steel crank, a roller cam, H-beam connecting rods and forged pistons to create a dyno-proven 487 horsepower and a mind boggling 518 lb./ft. of torque. At the top of that smooth engine, a Roush Cobra Jet-style air cleaner mixes fresh oxygen with 93 octane pump gas via a large Holley 4-barrel carburetor and an Edelbrock Victor Jr. intake. That intake is bolted between lightweight aluminum heads which prop attractive Roush valve covers over mild steel headers that are ceramic coated for longevity. Fire is provided by an MSD Blaster SS high output coil which is connected to an MSD Pro-Billet distributor and high performance Roush 9mm plug wires. Cooling comes courtesy of a heavy duty radiator which circulates water past a large electric puller fan and a polished stainless overflow tank via polished stainless water tubes and a polished Weiand water pump. And at the front of the block, a modern serpentine system spins chrome pulleys in front of a slick Powermaster alternator and a chrome power steering pump. When it's time to put your hair in the wind, forget about outdated Toploader 4-speeds because this modern-day Cobra blisters the pavement with a new Tremec TKO600 5-speed. That world class transmission delivers power to a 3.46 limited slip BMW rear end that creates whiplash-inducing acceleration while still allowing the car to loaf along at highway speeds. That drivetrain, which is bolted to a hot-rolled rectangular steel ladder type chassis, sends power through the same BMW-sourced MacPherson strut front and fully independent rear suspension that's becomes a BDR hallmark. Brakes are massive discs at all four corners that, thanks to this car's featherweight construction, are absolutely impervious to fade on the street, no matter how hard you're running. And there's simply nothing that looks better on a Cobra than a set of Halibrand-style wheels which spin aggressive 245/40/17 front and 315/35/17 rear Goodyear Eagle F1 radials around genuine knock offs. A set of nicely stitched black leather buckets, which are complete with four-point Crow Enterprizes harnesses, form the foundation of this roadster's interior; and they're a massive upgrade over the shells you'll find in both original Cobras and most other replicas. In front of those seats the white and blue dash, which is covered in blue-stitched vinyl trim, hangs a full assortment of electric VDO gauges between a chrome rearview mirror, and switches for the car's lights and wipers. At the sides of those seats, traditional Cobra fiberglass doors have been fitted with leather map pockets, leather handle straps and fresh chrome latches. And at the bottom of those seats high grade carpet, which is protected by color-keyed Backdraft Racing floor mats, frames billet foot pedals, a blue-stitched emergency brake handle and an attractive BDR shifter. In front of the driver, a stylish Teak steering wheel spins around a polished steering column; and behind the driver, a fully finished trunk includes both an onboard trickle charger and a surprisingly large amount of storage space. That world-class transmission delivers power to a 3.46 limited-slip BMW rear end that creates whiplash-inducing acceleration while still allowing the car to loaf along at highway speeds. The board of directors of the companies have approved the merger, which is still subject to the affirmative vote of shareholders in accordance with Cayman Islands law. The merger is expected to be completed before the end of the third quarter 2011. CPC Shares are up 6.26% to $7.64.

What you need is this razor-sharp BDR Cobra that's reliable, fully-sorted and ready to rock and roll!
The assembly of this car's professionally finished body began with a steel-lined GRP molding that was hand tweaked and gel coated on a full-size rotisserie rack. Once that gel coating was complete, the body was smoothed by a seasoned fiberglass professional, baked in an even coat of primer and inspected top to bottom to ensure first class quality. When quality control was cleared, a clean basecoat was covered in three layers of ChemSpec clearcoat, baked and cured for three days, and finally, flattened and polished to a head turning shine.
Built from the ground up as your ticket to major power and killer speed, this car's stout Roush 427 small block utilizes an iron block, a steel crank, a roller cam, H-beam connecting rods and forged pistons to create a dyno-proven 487 horsepower and a mind boggling 518 lb./ft. of torque. At the top of that smooth engine, a Roush Cobra Jet-style air cleaner mixes fresh oxygen with 93 octane pump gas via a large Holley 4-barrel carburetor and an Edelbrock Victor Jr. intake. That intake is bolted between lightweight aluminum heads which prop attractive Roush valve covers over mild steel headers that are ceramic coated for longevity. Fire is provided by an MSD Blaster SS high output coil which is connected to an MSD Pro-Billet distributor and high performance Roush 9mm plug wires. Cooling comes courtesy of a heavy duty radiator which circulates water past a large electric puller fan and a polished stainless overflow tank via polished stainless water tubes and a polished Weiand water pump. And at the front of the block, a modern serpentine system spins chrome pulleys in front of a slick Powermaster alternator and a chrome power steering pump.
When it's time to put your hair in the wind, forget about outdated Toploader 4-speeds because this modern-day Cobra blisters the pavement with a new Tremec TKO600 5-speed. That world class transmission delivers power to a 3.46 limited slip BMW rear end that creates whiplash-inducing acceleration while still allowing the car to loaf along at highway speeds. That drivetrain, which is bolted to a hot-rolled rectangular steel ladder type chassis, sends power through the same BMW-sourced MacPherson strut front and fully independent rear suspension that's becomes a BDR hallmark. Brakes are massive discs at all four corners that, thanks to this car's featherweight construction, are absolutely impervious to fade on the street, no matter how hard you're running. And there's simply nothing that looks better on a Cobra than a set of Halibrand-style wheels which spin aggressive 245/40/17 front and 315/35/17 rear Goodyear Eagle F1 radials around genuine knock offs.

The assembly of this roadster's professionally finished body began with a steel-lined GRP molding that was hand-tweaked and gel coated on a full-size rotisserie rack. Once that coating was complete, the newly formed fuselage was smoothed by a seasoned fiberglass professional, baked in an even coat of primer and inspected top-to-bottom to ensure first-class quality. When quality control was cleared, clean Vapor Metallic PPG was detailed with Olive war paint, covered in three layers of ChemSpec clear, baked and cured for three days, and finally, flattened and polished to a head turning shine. And today, this super slick Cobra is a sophisticated build that exhibits twice the style and twice the race-bred DNA of a typical replicar boulevard cruiser.
ENGINE
Like most Roush-branded creations, this Cobra features a supercharged and intercooled 4.6 liter Ford 'mod motor'. But, unlike most run-of-the-mill Roush mod motors, that engine, installed by the pros at Speed Fanatix of Boynton Beach, Florida, makes an incredible 600 horsepower! The TVS Technology ROUSHcharger is an Eaton-style blower that successfully manages on-track temperatures thanks to an air-to-liquid intercooler. At the side of that blower, a large induction system snakes around an Olive Green alternator and Aeromotive fuel componentry. Below that blower, a high performance Roush intake complements satin fuel rails, yellow Accel coil packs and Olive Green cam covers. At the front of that blower, a lightweight aluminum radiator utilizes an Olive water neck and polished tubes to circulate coolant around a large puller fan and polished overflow tank. And, Even though Ford's go-to V8 is a very strong engine as is, the experts in Livonia went ahead and installed a beefier cooling system and recalibrated ECM.

Halogen Limited is jointly owned by an affiliate of Primavera Capital Management and Jianhua Yang, chief executive officer and chairman of the company's board, who owns approximately 55% of the Halogen's outstanding ordinary shares.
The board of directors of the companies have approved the merger, which is still subject to the affirmative vote of shareholders in accordance with Cayman Islands law. The merger is expected to be completed before the end of the third quarter 2011.
CPC Shares are up 6.26% to $7.64.

Chemspec International (CPC) announced Monday that it has signed a definitive agreement to merge with Halogen Limited and Halogen Mergersub, a Cayman Islands exempted company wholly owned by Halogen.
