Rebecca Stephens (born 30 July 1982) is a singer, formerly with British band The Pipettes, where she was commonly known as RiotBecki.
On 18 April 2008, it was announced in a blog post on the band's Myspace that Becki and bandmate Rosay had left the band "to pursue other musical projects".
She regularly appears as a backing singer to Jesca Hoop and appeared in Jesca's appearance on Marc Riley's All Shock Up pilot series for the BBC.
Rebecca married Daniel Pickles on 5 July 2015.
Brighton-born Becki normally stood stage left with The Pipettes, and is identified with blonde hair, glasses, nose ring and tattoos. She is a self-described feminist and has a degree in media studies and film/video production from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College having written her dissertation on early Seventies hardcore pornography.
She is most notable for singing the verses of the single "Your Kisses Are Wasted on Me" and lead on album tracks "Tell Me What You Want" and "One Night Stand", which (along with "Feminist Complaints" and album track "A Winter's Sky") she also wrote. In April 2005, she joined former member Julia in contributing vocals to the hip-hop album Flowers & Trees by fellow Brightonian Y.Misdaq aka Yoshi, and has also provided vocals for The Blind Cowboys, a project by bandmate Jon Cassette and Thomas White of The Electric Soft Parade and Brakes on their cover of Sometimes Always. She claims to 'enjoy uncool jobs' and admits she tap-dances.

Rebecca (also spelled Rebekah) (Hebrew: רִבְקָה, Modern Rivká, Tiberian Riḇqā ISO 259-3 Ribqa,(AssyrianːܪܲܦܩܵܐːRapqa) from the Hebrew ribhqeh (lit., "connection"), from Semitic root r-b-q, "to tie, couple or join", "to secure", or "to snare") appears in the Hebrew Bible as the wife of Isaac and the mother of Jacob and Esau. Rebecca and Isaac were one of the four couples believed to be buried in the Cave of the Patriarchs, the other three being Adam and Eve, Abraham and Sarah, and Jacob and Leah.
The news of her birth was told to her uncle Abraham before Akeidat Yitzchak (the Binding of Isaac), the episode in which Abraham was told by God to bring Isaac as a sacrifice on a mountain.
Many years after the Binding of Isaac, Sarah, Abraham's wife, died. After taking care of her burial, Abraham went about finding a wife for his son Isaac, who was already 37 years old. He commanded his servant (whom the Torah commentators identify as Eliezer of Damascus) to journey to his birthplace of Aram Naharaim to select a bride from his own family, rather than engage Isaac to a local Canaanite girl. Abraham sent along expensive jewelry, clothing and dainties as gifts to the bride and her family. If the girl had refused to follow him, Abraham stated that Eliezer would be absolved of his responsibility.
Becca Stevens is an American jazz, pop, and folk singer, and guitarist. Jazz vocalist Kurt Elling listed her as one of his five favorite jazz vocalists and music critic Ted Gioia identified her album Weightless (2011) as one of the one hundred best albums of 2011.
She has collaborated with pianists Taylor Eigsti, Timo Andres, and Brad Mehldau, in addition to Grammy award-winning jazz ensemble Snarky Puppy. Stevens leads the Becca Stevens Band, with Liam Robinson on accordion and keyboards, Chris Tordini on bass, and Jordan Perlson on drums and percussion. Along with Gretchen Parlato and Rebecca Martin, Stevens comprises one third of the group "Tillery."
Stevens attended the North Carolina School of the Arts with a major in classical guitar, later attending The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music in New York, where she received a BFA in vocal jazz and composition. Stevens currently lives in New York.

And not any old climb but the highest mountain in the world! On 17 May 1993, Rebecca Stephens became the first British woman to climb Everest and the following year, the highest mountain on each of the seven continents, the Seven Summits. How did she do it?!
