In order for us to verify that you are an Invisalign patient, the name you enter must match that on the patient record submitted by your doctor. Please refer to your Invisalign aligner bag to ensure you are registering with the same name that we have on record.
In order to verify that you are an Invisalign patient, please enter the six- or seven-digit code found on your aligner.
Please note that if there is a number printed under “Invisalign”, you must enter it first followed by the remaining code printed on your aligner. In the example below, the aligner number is 1234567. Otherwise if a number is not printed under “Invisalign”, the aligner number is 234567.
