Our workshops provide information about how to access the labour market and job searching strategies in Canada.

Our two primary workshops focus on:

• Engaging in the local labour market through research, networking, resume and cover letter targeting;
• Career Planning.

Every workshop concludes with a one-on-one coaching session with an Employment Counselor. Participants can take what they’ve learned and develop a plan to turn it into action.

Additional shorter sessions are available for eligible clients that focus on the following topics on an as-needed basis:

• Using LinkedIn Effectively
• Networking and Small Talk
• Public Speaking
• Writing Professional Emails
