One very annoying this if you ever use seek for recruiting, even if you put "Australian residents only" on it you still get dozens of "you apply for my visa and I come work for you" type emails.

AFAIK it is in the correct food group (someone please correct me if I'm wrong, I know cattle nutrition well, not human, 4 "stomachs" are fun).

Interesting note, if you type carbohydrate corn (or pasta, for example) into Google it gives a value per 100 gram and a dropdown of similar things. I'm using Chrome, if that matters.

Finding your triggers and eliminating them is also something that needs to be looked at. I used to be on a preventer, used ventolin every day when I was riding to school.

Moved out of home where there was no pet living in the house, my symptoms have basically vanished.
