Condensation is the change of the physical state of matter from gas phase into liquid phase, and is the reverse of evaporation. The word most often refers to the water cycle. It can also be defined as the change in the state of water vapour to liquid water when in contact with a liquid or solid surface or cloud condensation nuclei within the atmosphere. When the transition happens from the gaseous phase into the solid phase directly, the change is called deposition.
Condensation is initiated by the formation of atomic/molecular clusters of that species within its gaseous volume—like rain drop or snow flake formation within clouds—or at the contact between such gaseous phase and a liquid or solid surface.
A few distinct reversibility scenarios emerge here with respect to the nature of the surface.
William Sanford "Bill" Nye (born November 27, 1955), popularly known as Bill Nye the Science Guy, is an American science educator, comedian, television presenter, actor, writer, scientist, and former mechanical engineer, best known as the host of the Disney/PBS children's science show Bill Nye the Science Guy (1993–1998) and for his many subsequent appearances in popular media as a science educator.
Nye was born on November 27, 1955, in Washington, D.C., to Jacqueline (née Jenkins; 1921–2000), a codebreaker during World War II, and Edwin Darby "Ned" Nye (1917–1997), also a World War II veteran, whose experience without electricity in a Japanese prisoner-of-war camp led him to become a sundial enthusiast. His maternal grandmother was French, from Dancevoir.
After attending Lafayette Elementary and Alice Deal Junior High in the city, he was accepted to the private Sidwell Friends School on a partial scholarship and graduated in 1973. He studied mechanical engineering at Cornell University (where he took an astronomy class taught by Carl Sagan) and graduated with a B.S. in mechanical engineering in 1977. Nye occasionally returns to Cornell as a guest-lecturer of introductory-level astronomy and human ecology classes.
Evelyn Evelyn are a musical duo formed by Amanda Palmer (of The Dresden Dolls) and Jason Webley. According to the fictional backstory described by Palmer and Webley, the duo consists of conjoined twin sisters (aka "Eva" and "Lyn"), Evelyn and Evelyn Neville, who were discovered in 2007 by Palmer and Webley. The twins are actually portrayed by Palmer and Webley, dressed in connected garments.
Disability-rights advocates have questioned whether Evelyn Evelyn plays into stereotypes regarding disability.
In 2007, the band released a 3-song, colored 7" vinyl record, along with a 6-track CD titled Elephant Elephant, which was released in a limited edition of 1,111 copies on Jason's label (11 records); it quickly sold out. The package also contains Amanda and Jason's story of how they met the Evelyns, as well as the process of recording the vinyl, and a sticker of the two-headed elephant, Bimba & Kimba.
A full-length album, Evelyn Evelyn was released March 30, 2010, followed by a worldwide tour.

How Condensation works with a visual representation.
Using a whimsical model made of a tiny staircase, wind-up penguins, and a bicycle tire, Bill Nye demonstrates the phases of the water cycle: evaporation, condensation, precipitation, and collection. With more than 16 Emmys® to its credit and legions of fans, it's easy to see why the "Bill Nye the Science Guy" show is one of the most popular educational series of all time. Beloved by teachers and students alike, Bill Nye and his unique brand of way cool science make complex science principles accessible for all learners. Avoiding condensation To control condensation you may need several different actions. We will tackle any structural problems that are causing damp or condensation and provide extra ventilation or heating if necessary, but one of the main causes is lifestyle. Where possible, you should: Close kitchen doors and use pan lids when cooking. Close bathroom doors when bathing to stop steam getting into other rooms. Open the window, or use an extractor fan - if you have one - to let steam out. Avoid using portable gas/paraffin heaters - they put a lot of moisture into the air which leads to condensation. They are also more expensive to use than electric convector heaters. If you have central heating, when it is very cold, keep it on a low temperature even when you're out. You will find th...

What causes condensation on windows? Is it a sign of a faulty window? Learn what causes condensation and why it is normal. Condensation is actually a sign that windows and doors are doing their job. While it can be frustrating to look through a foggy window, the good news is you can minimize or prevent condensation with a few simple steps. a quick little test i did in 3ds max using Pflow and meshed with Frost. Wanted to give Condensation with droplets running down the container a quick bash. very simple setup.
In this video I show how make particles form on a surface and slide along the surface. I demonstrate how to write a fit01 function to create a gradient color over the entire length of a bounding box axis. This color gradient is then used as a falloff for secondary animation. There is also a brief introduction to CHOPs which shows how you can take a simple four keyframe animation and add after motion to it by using the Jiggle node to create a more organic feel. I use an animated Bend node to cause the source geometry to throw particles resting on the surface out into world. RnD of Houdini particles flowing over a hard surface model to simulate a condensation/rain/rivulet/droplet effect. This is part of a larger RnD project I'll render & upload shortly (this is one section of a larger flying object - a cloud seeding drone). Partly inspired by Mark Theriault's Sucker Punch Intro Breakdown using Pflow (https://vimeo.com/39161208) and having just starting making the switch for fx from Maya to Houdini, this was one of those "I wonder if I can do that now in Houdini" things that I just had to try. I remember years ago doing something similar in Maya and it taking a heck of a lot longer! This effect took about a week of tweaking. The sim is basically just a popnet which relies on an SDF volume (isoOffset) for surface interaction and uses a voppop (VEX) to control ...
