Live like a local. Enjoy a walk on the beach, or a surf in the world class waves. Bring your own boards or use ours. Take the kayaks for a paddle in the pristine Tallebudgera Creek.
Buzios is located 120m to the beach. A 10min drive from the Gold Coast Airport. Bus stop one block away. A 5min beach front stroll to Tallebugera Creek and the beautiful Burleigh Heads National Park. Take a bike ride to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.Or the weekend Burleigh markets. If you decide to bring the dog enjoy the leash free exercise areas at the northern and southern ends of the beach.
There are patrolled bathing areas within a 5min walk north or south of Buzios.
There are plenty of options for a meal or a coffee, all within walking distance. Or just pop down to the butcher located at the end of the street and grab some of his award winning snags to throw on the BBQ, and pick up a cold six pack and a bottle of wine at the bottle shop too.
Buzios is a newly renovated home, located in a friendly street, with new appliances and whitegoods, hardwood timber floors, queen size bed, entertaining back deck with a fully fenced yard, with plenty of room for the dog. Off street, undercover parking for one vehicle. (PLEASE NOTE: the accommodation is the downstairs section of the house, offering a one bedroom self contained guest accommodation.)
We also offer free WiFi and the use of the two kayaks, bikes and surfboards. (at your own risk)

Conditions
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be met.
If these conditions are not met it can result in termination of the rental and no refund.
Number of guests must not exeed the number at time of the booking
There is STRICTLY no parties or functions
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise is prohibited.
Pets are welcome, as long as they are not nuisance barkers or diggers. Pets are generally outside only. But if your loved one is an inside pet, we do allow them inside, as long as they are not on the furniture or in the bedroom. food bowl and water bowl available for your convenience. We do recommend bringing or pets bedding with you.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING
Damages, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay and must be paid for in full by the tenant.
Loss: the owners take no responsibility for the tenants personal property.
Arrival: check in time is 2:00pm. this time can be earlier if the house is vacant on day of arrival. please contact owner of your arrival time, so they can meet and greet with you and hand over the keys.
Departure: check out time is 11.00am (unless otherwise arranged) the property should be left in a simular state to its condition on arrival.
Use of kayaks, bikes and surfboards is at your own risk. The owner takes no responsibility for injuries or accidents realated to the use and/or transportation of these items.

Lovely home away from homeA lovely house with luxury accommodation for a couple and a pet. Tastefully designed in every way with top-quality appliances and all mod cons. Five minutes walk to beach. Shady, secluded rear deck and lawn. We felt at home immediately. Will definitely be back.

Best Pet Friendly Home EverThis very secure pet friendly 1 bedroom property was the best. Great Location with the owner supplying everything possible you could imagine.It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean & so close to all you needed beach, shops etc .The back deck was a little paradise surrounded by a beautiful kept garden & you could easily spend your holiday sitting out there.Thank you Rob a great place Loved it

Perfect place for a beach getawayBuzios is an immaculate, cosy apartment, with all the facilities you might need to feel right at home and relaxed. We took our dog too and the layout allowed for a fuss free weekend for the whole family. Thank you Buzios, we will be back.

Wonderful stayThe three weeks we stayed went so quickly. The views expressed by others we can only echo. Perfect for a relaxing time at the coast. Constant sea breezes a bonus on hot days. Private, quiet with amenities all around. Wonderfully furnished - a real home away from home. I can recommend Buzios to anybody wishing a perfect holiday.
