The Panasonic GH5 is shaping out the be an awesome little camera, here are a few tests I did testing out the low light, dynamic range and IBIS (In Body Image Stabilization). Auto Focus (AF) was not used. Everything was shot in Manual with Canon L Glass.

Panasonic Lumix ZS50/TZ70
The Panasonic Lumix TZ70 (ZS50 in North America) is one of the "super zoom" or "travel zoom" compact cameras, whose most-notable feature is a 30x optically stabilized zoom lens. That would be the equivalent of a whopping 24-720mm lens in a full-frame camera, giving you telescope-like views from very far away. Compared to other super-zoom cameras, the ZS50/TZ70 manages to pack in an electronic viewfinder and WiFi+NFC, but compared to last year's model (ZS40/TZ60) it has lost the built-in GPS. The sensor is 12MP instead of the previous 18MP, but that has improved the image quality particularly in lower light. Also noteworthy, the new camera can shoot in RAW mode as well as JPEG. And I have to mention that it`s a fantastic camera, with a gigantic zoom of 24-720mm for your pocket. The ZS60 shoots 4K photos and 4K videos. If you want a lower resolution, no big deal. Panasonic Lumix GH4 Low light ISO trick that you may not know about
Here is a quick guide on how to set up your Panasonic GH4 (or GH4R) to get better ISO settings for low light. It’s a little hack I found kind of by accident but it gives me more freedom when filming in low light, especially when I have to go above 800 ISO, but when 1600 gives too much noise. I own a GH4 and a GH4R and before I bought it I knew that the low light capabilities were not great compared to other cameras like the Sony A7sII, I checked on forums and different videos explaining how to get the best profile settings to use in low light but I noticed that they didn’t have this feature implemented. Cabo Rojo Lighthouse | Puerto Rico
Located on top of 200-foot limestone cliffs overlooking the Caribbean Sea, the Cabo Rojo Lighthouse (Faro Los Morrillos de Cabo Rojo) is located on the southwestern tip of Puerto Rico. The lighthouse was built in 1882 by the Spanish government in order to guide passing ships through the southeast entrance from the Caribbean Sea through the treacherous Mona Passage into the Atlantic Ocean. My family and I had a few afternoon hours to kill on our recent trip to Puerto Rico so we drove down there from Rincón to take in the absolutely breathtaking views. Ha! [Pt. 2]
OK, here is the part 2 of "Ha!" travel video. As I've mentioned before, part 2 shows the magnificent landscape of Halong Bay, Vietnam. I embarked on this trip with a friend from Hanoi, for 3 days and 2 night, including one night overstay at Cat Ba Island. It was such a wonderful experience that I had, and the whole place is in stark contrast to Hanoi with its frenetic traffic, crowds and noise. Our best travel companion was a couple (newly-wed apparently) from Spain and of course, the friendly guide. They're credited at the end of the video. There were 2 young couple from England and Italy, 4 American travelers and an elderly Indonesian couple. The Panasonic Lumix TZ70 (ZS50 in North America) is one of the "super zoom" or "travel zoom" compact cameras, whose most-notable feature is a 30x optically stabilized zoom lens. That would be the equivalent of a whopping 24-720mm lens in a full-frame camera, giving you telescope-like views from very far away.
Compared to other super-zoom cameras, the ZS50/TZ70 manages to pack in an electronic viewfinder and WiFi+NFC, but compared to last year's model (ZS40/TZ60) it has lost the built-in GPS. The sensor is 12MP instead of the previous 18MP, but that has improved the image quality particularly in lower light. Also noteworthy, the new camera can shoot in RAW mode as well as JPEG.

I was so lucky to get the brand new Panasonic DMC-ZS60. The successor of the Panasonic DMC-ZS40 and DMC-ZS50. And I have to mention that it`s a fantastic camera, with a gigantic zoom of 24-720mm for your pocket. The ZS60 shoots 4K photos and 4K videos. If you want a lower resolution, no big deal. FULL HD (1080p) with up to 50fps and 720p high speed video modes are available with up to 100fps. We were in Frankfurt to test this camera near the opera house. Stunning shots are possible using the creative filters. You can take a time lapse with your own custom settings and you are now able to charge the camera via a micro-USB cable, juhu. If you missed the cable at home, get an Android cable to charge the camera. There are many more features such as a burst mode of 30fps in 4K, post focus, 5-axis image stabilizer and a great low light performance with the 18 megapixels of resolution. Here is a quick guide on how to set up your Panasonic GH4 (or GH4R) to get better ISO settings for low light. It’s a little hack I found kind of by accident but it gives me more freedom when filming in low light, especially when I have to go above 800 ISO, but when 1600 gives too much noise.
I own a GH4 and a GH4R and before I bought it I knew that the low light capabilities were not great compared to other cameras like the Sony A7sII, I checked on forums and different videos explaining how to get the best profile settings to use in low light but I noticed that they didn’t have this feature implemented.
I’m often faced with the challenge of having to video in low light conditions such as a church or a dance floor when a wedding band is playing. Having the option to choose 1000 or 1250 ISO, even with a low light lens depending on how dark it is, means I can cut out some of the noise that would come with 1600. The low light footage that I can get looks a lot cleaner when I suddenly might have to bump up the ISO during recording, the increments don’t suddenly jump to a noticeable brighter setting anymore.
So here’s a recap of what to do:
Switch on your Panasonic Lumix GH4 (or GH4R)
Turn the dial to “Photo mode” (I chose “P”)
Go to the menu and the top submenu, find where it says “ISO increments”
Change from 1 EV to 1/3 EV
Exit the menu screen and return to “Movie Mode”
You will now be able to select different ISO levels

After my trip to the Sabi Sands reserve in South Africa in May, where I focused mainly on shooting video, I returned in September this year to shoot wildlife and landscape stills. However, I couldn't help myself, and had my Panasonic GH3 with me and shot more video whilst on the game drives! This film documents the game drives I experienced. Field guide and friend Justin Glanvill kindly agreed to be on camera and develops the story of the sightings to guests on the game drives. Justin's knowledge, bush craft and passion for wildlife leaves guests with an unforgettable experience.

Located on top of 200-foot limestone cliffs overlooking the Caribbean Sea, the Cabo Rojo Lighthouse (Faro Los Morrillos de Cabo Rojo) is located on the southwestern tip of Puerto Rico. The lighthouse was built in 1882 by the Spanish government in order to guide passing ships through the southeast entrance from the Caribbean Sea through the treacherous Mona Passage into the Atlantic Ocean.
My family and I had a few afternoon hours to kill on our recent trip to Puerto Rico so we drove down there from Rincón to take in the absolutely breathtaking views. I brought along my Panasonic GH2 and Olympus M Zuiko 12-40mm f/2.8 lens - enjoy the video.

OK, here is the part 2 of "Ha!" travel video. As I've mentioned before, part 2 shows the magnificent landscape of Halong Bay, Vietnam. I embarked on this trip with a friend from Hanoi, for 3 days and 2 night, including one night overstay at Cat Ba Island. It was such a wonderful experience that I had, and the whole place is in stark contrast to Hanoi with its frenetic traffic, crowds and noise. Our best travel companion was a couple (newly-wed apparently) from Spain and of course, the friendly guide. They're credited at the end of the video. There were 2 young couple from England and Italy, 4 American travelers and an elderly Indonesian couple. Despite a minor incident during one of the activities, we wrapped the whole trip and safely back to Hanoi where we continued to our own destinations.

With just a couple of days to spare in between our busy work schedule, me and the boys set sail on a two day man-cation to China's Capital. Myself, Matt, Aaron and Will visit some of Beijing's most visited sights, such as The Forbidden City, The Great wall and Tiananmen Square. Along with some of Beijing's lest visited attractions, such as the 'poo' themed restaurant and the 'Friends' replica cafe. All of this is weaved between a classic tale of friends becoming enemies, enemies becoming friends.

The Panasonic GH5 is shaping out the be an awesome little camera, here are a few tests I did testing out the low light, dynamic range and IBIS (In Body Image Stabilization). Auto Focus (AF) was not used. Everything was shot in Manual with Canon L Glass.
