In his première as main coach, Pep managed with his Barcelona to win all that was to be wan." Should be 'like his' not 'like is' and 'won' not 'wan'. It's just page after page of these typos and bad English.

A major factor is nowadays leadership . Even in a world that most of the time does not have space for error!" Huh?
