(more…)

Second communique of ITS – 2016 (Mexico)

Sunday, February 14th, 2016

Chikomoztok
Crescent Moon of February

“Individualists Tending Toward the Wild” (ITS) claims responsibility for the following:

January 28th, 2016
-A timer-activated explosive device against the “National Water Commission” (Conagua) located on Avenida Insurgentes Sur, Delegación Tlalpan, Mexico City.
This device led to police mobilization.

-Homemade explosive detonated at the “Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fishing, and Nutrition” (Sagarpa) on Avenida Presidente Juárez de Tlalnepantla de Baz, Mexico State.
The explosive was left in front of the Secretariat in the city center of Tlalnepantla, around 9 o’clock in the evening. The device exploded successfully leaving two people wounded. The blast and shrapnel damaged several nearby cars and generated substantial police and military
mobilization.

February 3rd, 2016
-We detonated an explosive package in front of the conglomerate of the apartments known as “Tec Siuts” where students of the Tec of Monterrey inhabit, located on the highway Lago de Guadalupe in Atizapán, Mexico State.
– A homemade explosive device was detonated at one of the entrances of the Tec of Monterrey in similar manner on the Lago de Guadalupe highway in the same municipality.
With these two acts we remind those associated with that academic institution that we continue the War against all who promote and develop Scientific and Technological Progress, and who hide behind the walls of that abhorrent university (as well as others).

February 8th, 2016
-A fuze-activated package-bomb composed of dynamite was abandoned at the central offices of the Sagarpa in the Tabachines neighborhood in the municipality of Zapopan, Jalisco. The package was destined for the head of that federal institution.

-Another fuze-activated package bomb composed this time of a hard cardboard tube filled with gunpowder was abandoned at the “National Science and Technology Council” (Conacyt), destined for the head of that institution, in the Vallarta San Jorge neighborhood in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Even though both explosives did not reach their respective targets (according to the press), and failed to wound or kill them, they caused great police and military mobilization in both municipalities. The press stated the following concerning this matter: “a police explosives
specialist commented that even if the devices did not contain a large amount of explosives, they could have caused fatal harm to those who were within a close radius of their explosion.”

Let it be known that ITS is also in Jalisco. This was only a test, and we continue to be committed to terrorizing, wounding, mutilating, and even killing those cynical people who, while hiding behind an institution that claims to be “concerned” about nature, are nevertheless directly responsible
for its devastation and domestication.
This isn’t over. The War continues!
Axkan Kema, Tehuatl, Nehuatl!!

Individualists Tending Toward the Wild:
-Feral-Criminal Band (Jalisco)
-Clandestine Group “Fury of the Lynx” (Mexico City)
-Ouroboros Silvestre (Mexico State)

Postscript for federal security forces:
Are you nervous because the groups that attack and commit terrorism against civilization are multiplying?
Are you nervous that the abhorrent and sickening visit of the Pope is just around the corner, because we are still out on the street, and you haven’t caught us yet?
You have lots of reasons to be nervous.

First communique of Reacción Salvaje / Wild Reaction – RS (Mexico)

Monday, September 8th, 2014

from contrainfo, transl wos:

First communique.
Cuernavaca, Morelos
August 14, 2014

“The people who are pushing all this garbage of development and technological progress should be severely punished.”

F. [a]

After a little more than three years of criminal-terrorist activity, the group “Individualists Tending toward the Wild” (ITS), begins a new phase in this open war against the Technoindustrial System, which we explain below:

I

First of all, we want to explain that during all of 2012 and 2013, various groups of a terrorist and sabotage stripe were uniting themselves with the group ITS, so that now, after a long silence and for purely strategic reasons, we publicly claim:

1) The “Informal Anti-civilization Group,” which on June 29, 2011, took responsibility for the explosion that severely damaged a Santander bank in the city of Tultitlan, Mexico.

2) “Uncivilized Autonomous,” who on October 16, 2011 set off a bomb inside the ATMs of a Banamex, located between the cities of Tultitlan and Coacalco in Mexico State.

3) “Informal Circle of Antagonistic Individualists,” who in September 2009 set several wild horses free from a farm in Aguascalientes.

4) “Wild Indomitables,” who on October 16, 2011 left a butane gas bomb that did not detonate in a Santander bank in the Álvaro Obregón district of Mexico City. The act was never claimed until now.

5) “Terrorist Cells for the Direct Attack – Anti-civilization Fraction,” which in 2010 and 2011 left a fake bomb in front of the IFaB (Pharmacological and Biopharmeceutical Research), and detonated an explosive outside the building of the National Ecology Institute (INE), both in the Tlalpan district of Mexico City.

6) “Luddites against the Domestication of Wild Nature,” who during 2009 to 2011 had taken part in various incendiary attacks in some cities in Mexico State and various districts of Mexico City, claimed or unclaimed.

7) “NS – Fera – Kamala y Amala” which on December 9, 2011, left an explosive package addressed to the director of the National Institute of Psychiatry “Ramón de la Fuente” in the Tlalpan district, Mexico City. It was deactivated by the police bomb squad. On the 15th of this month, the same group warned through email of the presence of a car bomb in the institution’s parking lot, which, although it was a false warning, created terror among the officials of that center of mental alienation.

8 ) “Earth Liberation Front – Bajío”, which on November 16, 2011 set off an explosive charge creating damages within the ATM area of a branch of the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) in the city of Irapuato in Guanajuato.

Likewise, during this year, 2014, two more terroristic groups have united with us who have put the development of the Technoindustrial System in their sights, we refer to: (more…)

Europol and Mexico to cooperate against anarchist groups

Thursday, May 2nd, 2013

Note from WOS: It goes without saying that we do not share the analysis of the Europol or of the press that are reported below. What we do consider important is to be aware of international police cooperation. It is also worth mentioning that what follows is a decent summary of recent anarchist action especially in Mexico, and we have added links where they may be helpful.

from the press, translated by waronsociety:

Alarm in Europe due to Mexican Anarchists

The European police seem to be more interested in fighting anarchism (which they automatically equate with terrorism) than narco-trafficking. They demonstrate this in a cooperation accord which will soon be negotiated between the European police and the Mexican government, and the report on “terrorist trends in the EU” which is about to be published. A recount of the attacks in Italy and Mexico would explain Europol’s alarm.

BRUSSELS (Proceso) — The police force of the European Union (EU), Europol, intends for the cooperation accord it will negotiate with Enrique Peña Nieto’s government to include the exchange of information about anarchist groups operating in Mexico.

Last October 4th, the EU Cabinet approved Europol’s beginning of accord negotiations with the Mexican government. Its primary–but not sole–component would be the fight against narco-trafficking.

The eventual collaboration of the Mexican and European police against the anarchists (a tendency toward what they automatically qualify as terrorist) would fall within the framework of European politics of fighting terrorism, according to a Europol document dated April 4, 2012 of which Proceso has a copy. Seventh communique from Individualists Tending toward the Wild (ITS) – Mexico

Tuesday, February 19th, 2013

received and translated by waronsociety:

“When the blood of your veins returns to the sea
and the dust of your bones returns to the ground,
maybe then you will remember that this Earth does not belong to you,
you belong to this Earth.”
– Native American saying

Before beginning this new text signed by ITS, we want to express our enormous gratitude to the anarchist portal “Liberación Total,” since over the years they have disseminated our communiques despite the many uncomfortable circumstances that have presented themselves; in a note attached to a November 27, 2011 text by the “Animal and Earth Liberation Front of Mexico” titled “Conspiracy Theories and the Ridiculous Saboteurs“  [Spanish link*] which we quote, they said, “we will keep disseminating the information which has to do with the ITS,” and that is what they have done.

Likewise we thank all the persons and groups (from Mexico as well as Canada, the United States, Chile, Spain, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Italy, Russia, Germany, etc) who have at their own times recognized our work and/or have spread our words in one way or another. These displays of acceptance will always be taken into account as ITS did in our fourth communique (September 21, 2011) in note E; but it is worth mentioning that the displays of rejection do not go unnoticed either, when they have solid foundations that merit the effort of a response.

The aim of this text is to make our stance clear, continuing the work of spreading our ideas, clearing up some apparent doubts and misinterpretations, as well as accepting mistakes and/or errors. In no way do we want to start an endless discussion that only takes up time and energy, nor do we want this text to turn into something other than what it is. Anyone who reads it will be able to interpret correctly (or incorrectly) what they are aiming to read; the intelligent reader will know to reflect and consequently do what seems right to them.

Our struggle can’t be limited under civilization terms. We out of it. We are wild and we are enemies of civilization. Not only the state and capital (in old terms of anarchism), but all the civilization: we are against it.

Cell phone towers torched by ALF/ELF – Moscow region / FAI (Russia)

Tuesday, February 21st, 2012

325 receives and transmits:

2 cell phone towers torched south of Moscow (Rostov-na-Donu direction). The cottage settlement we chose to disable is a popular site among hunters. And not only that. Local residents decided to add to the abuse of wild life and started two commercial fishing resorts. They breed fish to be hunted by tourists.

So in a festive winter spirit (New Year/Xmas and St. Valentine’s Day) we decided to send them a message of love and harmony: 1 tower was left completely burned out, another one – severely damaged.

We used incendiaries with 1.5 liters of gasoline/kerosine each.

Words of solidarity and support to Marco Camenish, members of Indonesian FAI (both in prison and on the run), and Silvia, Costa and Billy.

Our respect and wholehearted support of actions carried out by ITS (Individuals Tending towards the Wild), as well as other animal/ earth liberation collectives.

Long live ALF/ELF!
Long live FAI!

With love,

ALF/ELF-Moscow region / FAI

About the Black September (Mexico)

Thursday, October 6th, 2011

Strike after Strike: a recount of Black September in Mexico and beyond…

On the first of September the press reported that a package containing explosive material had been found in scientific research laboratories within the School of Advanced Studies, Cuautitlán campus, in the State of Mexico, the school is owned by the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Even then the threat was latent.

A few weeks before this action, newspapers read: UNAM to challenge anti-technology group, will continue with its Nano Science development. Obviously it was referring to Individuals tending towards the Wild (ITW) [Individualidades Tendiendo a lo Salvaje – ITS].

The ASE anti-explosives unit de-activated the package, which according to the University authorities was destined for a Professor of a Nano Technology branch. The indignation created was huge and ITW was successful in causing a blow to the two most important Universities in Mexico, the Tec de Monterrey (private) and the UNAM (public).

With this individual attack, although foiled, Black September would begin.

The Terrorist Cells for Direct Action- Anti-Civilisation Fraction (TSDD-ACF) claimed responsibility for the explosive attack against the National Institute of Ecology and for the placing of a false bomb with a message against the Bio-pharmaceutical IFaB on the 5th of September in the Coyoacán area in Mexico City, Federal District. These actions happened quite a while ago, with the former happening in April and the latter in December last year. In their communiqué, the TSDD-ACF made an extensive critique of reductionism and of civilisation itself.

These actions were hidden by the Mexico City government, even still, the attacks would continue.

The Animal Liberation Front claimed responsibility for actions in support of Tortuga from Chile on the 12th. A lizard and tortoises were freed, one KFC was vandalised, and another attacked with fire, and an attempted arson attack on an Ostrich Farm truck which was interrupted by a guard that ran after the compañer@s, without however being able to detain them as they sped off on their bikes in the municipality of Zumpango in Mexico State.

The next day, on the 13th, in Lomas de Chapultapec- one of the most ´protected´ zones of Mexico City, an explosives device was detonated in front of a Banamex Bank, the press reported the event and in an interview the miserable police chief Miguel Ángles Mancera mentioned that the device had an electronic circuit with a clock as its detonator, which to him seemed strange seeing as very little devices used in Mexico City have been of such a composition. Technique, Mancera, technique!

On the 1th, the Autonomous Cells of the Immediate Revolution- Praxedis G. Guerrero (CARI-PGG) claimed responsibility for an explosive attack against a Mexico State police truck in the municipality of Nezahualcóyotl in Mexico State. That action was also hidden by the authorities.

For the 21st, Individuals tending towards the Wild claimed responsibility for the package that was found in the FES installations on the first of September and made themselves responsible for another explosive package that was addressed to the director of INIFAP in the Coyoacán area of Mexico City, this last action was also hidden.

In their long communiqué, ITW discussed diverse themes including leftism, the psychological consequences of living in civilisation, neurology, promiscuous or indiscriminate solidarity, and critiques of the Techno-Industrial society. Being a support for those who wish to abandon the traditional critiques of the system and further deepen them still.

Two days later on the 23rd, an explosive device was detonated at the offices of the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) in the Iztacalco area of Mexico City. The television news showed the video footage of a shadow suddenly appearing, leaving a bag in the doorway and leaving. A few minutes later, a large explosion was recorded.

The material damages were considerable and the deed was later claimed by the Autonomous Cells of the Immediate Revolution- Praxedis G. Guerrero.

On the 26th a text was published on diverse webpages signed by a number of Eco-Anarchist and Insurrectionary Action groups making a call-out to avoid participating in the October 2 March (a march which commemorates the hundreds of combatants massacred by the government in 1968 in the lead-up to the Olympic Games).

It had come to the attention of the compañer@s that the Mexico City government, feeling impotent at not having found anyone else to throw in their jails, had planned a wave of repression against the anarchist contingent (planned hand in hand with the Communists- evidently annoyed at losing the limelight and their `recruits´ to Anarchism. transl.) as it has attempted to do since the Black September of 2009 when there were a multiplication of action groups, mostly Eco-Anarchists groups, around the Mexican Republic.

In the text signed by the various groups, it was pointed out that there were other forms to fuel the conflict against the State other than a march that by merely attending it was like putting yourself in the wolf´s mouth. However, there were a few `masochistic´ groups (anarcho-“legalists”) that put out propaganda saying not to take the text into account and called for anarchists to participate in the march, perhaps so that they might have something to do afterwards when there were detentions, their substitutionary activity of anarchist activism that relies on the tradition of repression in demonstrations to be able to follow on with this artificial activity.

When the day of the 2nd of October arrived, with September having ended, the propaganda by the deed was accomplished and a few encapuchad@s (masked ones) went to the streets to march. According to the press and the authorities no one was detained, and there were no considerable incidents. However in the Tlatelolco metro station, from where the march would leave, the police confiscated gas masks, aerosols, glass bottles, poles and other objects from demonstrators. More than 4,000 police watched over the march, plus all of those infiltrated within the contingents, undercover cops and all of the cameras that were pointed at any sign of encapuchad@s. Well, there may not have been riots in Mexico City, but the same didn`t occur in the city of Chilpancingo in the state of Guerrerro, as various banks, shopping centres, businesses, traffic lights and vehicles were destroyed by young encapuchad@s, as were various convenience stores looted, more than thirty people being arrested during the riots. In other parts such as Oaxaca and Chiapas anarchist presence was also noted in the marches.

But the more notorious news item was the enormous fire that spread throughout the Wal-Mart supermarket on the 30th of September in the Cuauhtémoc area of Mexico City.

The fire was noticed around 5:30pm in the afternoon and the smoke was able to be seen from various parts throughout the Monster City. More than 3,000 people were evacuated from the shopping centre. At the same time in the city of Guadalajara in the state of Jalisco another fire took place in a shopping centre (a coincidence? Don`t think so…). By the 3rd of October, the group Conspiracy Cells of Fire – Jalisco (Fraction of the FAI Mexico) claimed responsibility of being the authors of the fire in a communiqué published on various web-sites. Again, the miserable Mancera gave false declarations to cover up the truth, saying that the fire at the Wal-Mart had been caused by a short-circuit. This time, however, his strategy to hide the truth didn`t bear fruit at the press quickly published that the anarchist group had been responsible for the fire.

The CCF-J did not only claim responsibility for the fires at the Wal-Mart in Mexico City and that of the shopping centre in Guadalajara, but as well for another two arsons that were reported by the press and whose origins were still unknown (or hidden). One, which severely damaged a warehouse in the Coyoacán area on the 27th of September and the second on the 28th, which damaged the installations of the CONALEP (airport staff training school) in the Venustiano Carranza area, the fire was registered in the morning of that day and the students had to be evacuated.

In the middle of the night on the 3rd of October, a home-made bomb detonated within the ATM area of a Santander bank in the Tlalpan area of Mexico City. The explosion left severe material damage- windows shattered, the ceiling and roof fallen in, the ATM rendered useless as well as minor damage to the National Institute of Respiratory Diseases that was across the road from the bank. The authorities declared that it is very possible that the action was carried out by the anarchists. (The action was later claimed by the CARI-PGG. transl.).

All of these deeds reveal the potential of Anarchist, Eco-Anarchist and Anti-Civilisation action groups, the scene is evolutionary, and although the government hides the information, the flames do not burn out, they continue extending and are unstoppable.
