Argentina: All 12 Anarchist Comrades Detained in November Are Being Held in Preventive Detention

Note from the Chilean blog Publicacion Refractario: Despite the continuous contradictory information that has come to us from different factions regarding the detained comrades on the other side of the mountain range, which is related to the fact that their situation is not being publicized- their names, the charges, everything that happened has been silenced. We prefer to publish the communique from the ‘Union of Lawyers and Attorneys’ who are quite clear about the recent events that have taken place in the Argentine territory… Against silence and indifference: To spread the insurrectionist anti-prison solidarity.
All the detained anarchists defended by our union have been processed and placed in preventive detention.
In total there are 12 anarchist political prisoners.
One is accused of throwing an explosive device at Judge Bonadio’s car. His name is Marco Viola.
Two others are accused of having attacked the tomb of the criminal chief of the Federal Police Colonel Ramón Falcón. Their names are Anahi Salcedo and Hugo Rodriguez.
There was a raid on a social center in the Barrio of Constitución, in CABA (Autonomous City of Buenos Aires) and all they detained everybody who was meeting in this place, some with more permanence, others circumstantially.
ALL OF THEM have been accused of EVERYTHING.
They are all under investigation for being part of an organized structure established and created to commit offences among which are those that we have already mentioned.
Bail was refused for all of the detainees.
Now Judge Ercolini has indicted all of the accused.
The prosecution ruling for PREVENTIVE DETENTION was passed.
They have ordered that ALL the anarchist detainees remain imprisoned for their trial.
The Union will appeal the resolution.

Argentina: Without Fear & With Perseverance Let’s Extend the Offensive! Information About the Recent Repressive Blow of the Argentine State

On November 14th, two specific events took place in the city of Buenos Aires, with media coverage and a rapid police / judicial response.
During the afternoon, in the Recoleta cemetry, at the mausoleum dedicated to Colonel Ramon Falcon (assassinated by comrade Simón Radowitzky) – a bomb explodes leaving the comrade Anahi Salcedo wounded, she is transferred to Fernandez hospital and detained with wounds to her face and skull as well as the loss of three fingers on one of her hands. She is currently in an induced coma. At the same place, comrade Hugo Rodriguez was arrested.
Hours later, outside the home of Judge Bonadio (famous for his hard line, his indelible past with the youth of the iron guard- a Peronist fascist group, and his current practice and discourse against anti-conservatism and repression of dissenting sectors and individuals opposed to the current order), comrade Marco Viola is arrested, accused of throwing an explosive device at the magistrate’s car.
At dawn, and throughout the following days, various spaces of the anarchic environment including squats, neighborhood centers and private homes are searched, resulting in the arrests of another 12 people.
The detainees were transferred to 2200 Cavia street where the anti-terrorist unit works, then to the police superintendence on Madariaga street, and then finally on Saturday morning they were taken to the Comodoro Py courts to testify in front of judge Ercollini and the public prosecutor Di Lello, following 72 hours of uncertainty, isolation and being subjected to who knows what by the eternally miserable wretches.
After this, two people are released, leaving a total of 10 imprisoned comrades charged with illegal association, public intimidation and possession of explosive material. The two actions unified under the same cause.
At the moment it is all prudential what can be transmitted, we know that other places are under surveillance, as well as specific people, since the government itself have confirmed the seizure of more than 100 private phones belonging to activists, and they have reopened investigations into direct actions that were carried out in the city from 2005 until the present (some claimed by anarchists and others not).
The call is clear and leaves no room for double interpretations.
Every gesture of concrete solidarity is welcome and desirable.
Do not leave the comrades kidnapped by the Argentine State alone, without fear and with perseverance extend the offensive.

Buenos Aires, Argentina: Anarchist Comrade Wounded in Bomb Attack, Several Arrests

Wednesday, November 14th, in Buenos Aires, almost simultaneously, two locations were attacked with bombs. The first attack, at the Recoleta cemetery, failed unfortunately. The bomb exploded in the hands of one of the two people carrying out the action. It was aimed at the tomb of Ramón Falcón, a police chief who was
responsible for the murder of 11 protesters on May 1st, 1909, and who was assassinated several months later by the anarchist Simón Radowitzky. The comrade who led the attack is in a serious condition in hospital and the comrade who accompanied her was arrested.
A few hours later, a bomb was thrown at the house of Federal Judge Claudio Bonadi. The comrade who led the attack was quickly arrested as well.
On the night of Wednesday to Thursday, 10 people were arrested in a Buenos Aires squat.
As a reminder, the G20 in Buenos Aires begins in 2 weeks.

Reflections and considerations on the month following the disappearance of Santiago Maldonado
On August 1st, members of the Pu Lof Mapuche community in resistance in the province Cushamen barricaded National Route 40, along with allies in solidarity. They cut off traffic in solidarity against the legal proceedings confronting el Lonko Facundo Jones Huala (for the second time). Minutes later, cars and trucks arrived carrying about thirty border police armed with rifles. The peñis (Mapuches) began throwing rocks, responding to the presence of the bastard forces of order. The Gendarmerie advances to the shots, burning the precarious houses and belongings of the Lof, forcing the occupiers to retreat across a river. Santiago Maldonado (“Lechuga” or “el Brujo“) fell behind the rest. Some of the inhabitants of the Lof saw that the Gendarmerie grabbed Santiago; others testified as to hearing the police say they “got one.”
Afterwards, images and testimony began to circulate about how Santiago was missing, and that it seemed the Gendarmerie had taken him away in a “unimog” all-terrain military vehicle. The authorities were silent through this whole process.
On Friday, August 4, various anarchists and individuals in solidarity entered the seat of government in Chubut province, demanding Santiago’s return. The place was ripe for destruction. Computers, notebooks, windows, and decorations were all viciously destroyed, and fliers and graffiti were left behind referring to the repression in Cushamen. (more…)

Buenos Aires: Coordinated ATM sabotage in solidarity with Monica and Francisco (Argentina)

On Monday, March 7 between 2 and 4 am, on the eve of the trial that intends to bury alive (the prosecution demands 44 years) anarchist comrades Monica Caballero and Francisco Solar, who were remanded more than two years ago, we put out of action several bank ATMs of Santander (Spanish origin) with a hammer, paint and left noise bombs in these branches:

We left flyers vindicating our comrades.
With this gesture of solidarity we are with those who face the powerful and their world.

Comunicado – Acciones panfletarias en Buenos Aires (Argentina)

El día 9/2 a las 3:15 am, dejamos una botella que hizo implosión, logrando que vuelen unos panfletos que se encontraban anexados a la botella. El lugar que elegimos fue una escuela de polícia de la zona sur del conurbano bonarense, fábrica de bastardos uniformados, pilar fundamental de este sistema de opresión.

Odiamos la autoridad y despreciamos este mundo de reproducción de miseria constante. La opresión continua que sentimos entre la rutina del laburo y el control social, es algo que no podemos tolerar si anhelamos recuperar nuestras vidas y enlazarlas con la intensidad de momentos de libertad. Sobre la situación represiva en la región controlada por el estado Argentino.
El Estado policial, de vigilancia, castigo, sometimiento y muerte no se detendrá sea que vivamos en dictadura o democracia. Prueba de ello son los más de 4.600 casos de personas torturadas, desaparecidas y asesinadas desde el año 1983 (fin de la dictadura en esta región) a manos de carceleros, policías y diversas fuerzas armadas.
Hoy, mientras continua el circo electoral para ver que amo dominara a los esclavos voluntarios los próximos años, los candidatos presidenciales Daniel Scioli y Mauricio Macri amenazan con más mano dura y encarcelamiento para los marginales, los que se rebelen o los que ataquen la propiedad de los ricos, con continuar inundando de cámaras de vigilancia cada esquina y perfeccionando los sistemas de identificación biométrica, usando el presupuesto acumulado tras años de saqueo para la inversión en tecnología militar de ultima generación, amenazan los miserables con sacar a la calle al mismísimo ejercito, prometen tolerancia cero… prometen y cumplen. Ataque a concesionaria en Buenos Aires (Argentina)

Nos intentan obligar a una existencia sumisa y cobarde en el nombre del progreso tecnológico el control social y una mayor inclusión en lo que a pertenencia al sistema se refiere.
¡Pero nosotros no queremos ningún progreso, atacamos su control y rechazamos de manera consciente su inclusión!
Elegimos vivir la vida por el filo del abismo y no por los senderos de la muchedumbre mansa que se arrastra mendigando al poder las propias cadenas que los amarran. Nuestras motivaciones siempre serán en primera instancia la dignidad, la coherencia entre lo que decimos y hacemos, ese goce de
comprobarnos coherentes con lo que creemos. También nos motiva la sed de venganza, una venganza que sentimos tenemos que cobrar prácticamente desde niñxs cuando nos encierran en sus centros de domesticación y luego a lo largo de toda la vida encerradxs en fabricas, cárceles, manicomios… bibliotecas “anarquistas”…
¡Despreciamos toda esa mierda! ¡Hay otros caminos lejos de esa porquería monótona y anuladora del individuo!
En este andar mayormente solitario pero constante es que el 4 de septiembre pasado colocamos un artefacto incendiario en la concesionaria de motos y cuatriciclos ubicada en la Avenida Entre Ríos esquina Rondeau, el cual lamentablemente no funciono como lo esperábamos. ¡Pero continuaremos, siempre continuaremos!
Nuestra intención es clara: fomentar y propagar el ataque a todos los símbolos (físicos y edilicios) que representan ese entramado difuso que es el enemigo.
Objetivos a atacar… sobran… depende de nuestra voluntad, de nuestra decisión.
A generar todo el caos posible ante la mierda electoral que se avecina y su competencia entre candidatxs por ver quien saca mas policías a las calles y quien gestiona mejor la miseria.
Fuerza a Sol Vergara, valiente compañera encerrada en las prisiones chilenas. Fuerza a lxs demás compañerxs anarquistas, antiautoritarixs, nihilistas y subversivxs encerradxs por el Estado en Chile, México, Grecia, Italia, España…

Ataque a circulo de suboficiales de la policia federal en Buenos Aires (Argentina)

El día jueves 24 de agosto a eso de las 2 am colocamos un artefacto explosivo de fabricación casera compuesto por una botella plástica de medio litro rellena de pólvora negra , mechas detonantes y de iniciación. Adheridas a un cigarrillo que sirvió como retardo, todo únido a dos camping gas (gas butano) en la entrada de una de las sedes del circulo de suboficiales de la policía federal argentina ubicada en Alberti entre Chile y Mexico del barrio porteño de Balvanera. A pesar de que las cámaras sigan nuestros pasos, contamos con buenos amigxs y la determinación e imaginación creativa para evadir la seguridad de esta paz social.
Con este gesto nos solidarizamos con las y los compañeros anarquistas fugados y encarcelados en distintas partes del mundo. Que son ejemplos de lucha y convicción!
El poder es quien ejerce el monopolio de la violencia, la jurídicamente justificable, no solo la policial (la económica, la mediática, la social, el discurso democrático).
Por eso ESTAMOS con los amotinadxs, con los fugadxs, con los pibes y las pibas encerradas en los penales y psiquiátricos de argentina (y el mundo) “comunes” y anónimos que se rebelan, con los “suicidados” asesinados por el servicio penitenciario.

Sabotaje a linea de tren y ataque a asociacion Helenica en Buenos Aires (Argentina)

Sobran las razones para actuar, las motivaciones y urgencias. También en muchxs sobran las excusas para no hacerlo. Siempre eligiremos concientemente la primera opción. El sábado 4 de julio minutos antes de que comenzara la final de la “copa américa” la cual disputarían futbolistas millonarios de chile y argentina, saboteamos las vías del tren que une a la ciudad de la plata con la estación de constitución, demostramos por un lado nuestra repulsa al espectáculo idiotizante que conllevo la realización de este torneo el cual claramente se uso como tapadera para las harteras maniobras del poder. Nos repulsa la algarabía patriotera de lxs subditxs de la cual se nutren ambos estados, al igual que innumerables empresas y particulares patrocinadorxs. Por otro lado, fue un claro gesto de complicidad y cariño con lxs compañerxs encarceladxs en la región chilena, prisiones que en algunos casos se dieron gracias a la cooperación de ambos estados. Amenaza de Bomba y Sabotaje en Buenos Aires (Argentina)

El día 6 de Mayo se realizaron dos amenazas de bomba en forma simultanea, contra el vuelo de Aerolineas Argentinas Num. 1360 con destino Bogotá, y contra la Embajada Colombiana.
Por otra parte también se saboteo un cajero automático del banco Santander, inutilizandolo con sencillos medios, en pleno centro porteño y a plena luz del día.
Con estos pequeños gestos, respondemos el llamado para recordar al compañero Nicolas Neira, asesinado hace ya 10 años por la policía colombiana, y enviamos nuestra complicidad al compañero anarquista/nihilista Spyros Mandylas, encarcelado en Grecia y actualmente en una huelga de hambre por su libertad que lo tiene al borde de la muerte. Buenos Aires: Sabotaje a tren en solidaridad con lxs presxs anarquistas (Argentina)

Todo en las ciudades esta diseñado para promover y perpetuar el constante flujo de mercancía, humana y de la otra. Millones de pesos se invierten en remodelaciones de estaciones de trenes e inauguraciones de otras, en construcción y mantenimiento de rutas, en mecanismos tecnológicos de control y represión, en recursos para lxs sirvientes armadxs al servicio del poder. Pensando en esto es que el día de hoy
buscamos sabotear aunque sea por un instante el normal funcionamiento de los engranajes que sostienen la estructura de dominación, atacando el tramo que une las vías de Floresta con Villa Luro mediante un artefacto incendiario/explosivo.
No entraremos en el juego de que con estas acciones perjudicamos solo a lxs trabajadorxs. Hoy lo importante fue romper la normalidad asfixiante aprobada por la inmensa mayoría de la sociedad policial.
¡En directa solidaridad y complicidad con nuestrxs hermanxs de la Conspiración de las Células del Fuego que se encuentran en huelga de hambre en las prisiones griegas desde el 2 de marzo pasado, exigiendo la inmediata liberación de su entorno mas próximo! Se hace urgente accionar pues el estado de nuestrxs compañerxs es grave, prueba suficiente es que 6 de ellxs se encuentran en el hospital. ¡Solidaridad con Angeliki y con lxs demás huelguistas!

Update on Tamara Sol’s trial + Soli-Banner in Buenos Aires (Chile & Argentina)

After one year of detention in San Miguel prison, anarchist comrade Tamara Sol started to face the trial in which power aims to annihilate her. Tamara is accused of shooting a bank guard in January 2014, just days after a bank guard killed comrade Sebastian Oversluij in an attempted bank robbery, in a different bank branch.
In November 2014, a brief preparation for trial against Tamara was performed, which finally started on this January 23. Tamara is facing a democratic inquisition that wants to sentence her to several years in prison, with charges of attempted murder and accomplished simple theft. (more…)

Trying to be at our best and to continue maintaining the dignity deserved by human lives that rebel against the authority that provokes all kinds of oppression over the face of the earth in which we live, we again go on the offensive in the war declared by the lovers of freedom and their enemies.
We remember that in the prisons of the territory dominated by the Argentine State the prisoners who are there continue to be murdered and tortured. And in the streets the misery goes on increasing, the alienation of work and consumption obscures the consciences of the people who constantly go around tensioned by the contradictions of a system that is proclaimed consolidated by a government that speculates with the economic sciences, trying to hide their tyrannical condition at all costs.
Sit down, victims, because nothing you have yet suffered compares with the humiliation that all of us feel, we who are threatened with the death and radical confinement which nourishes the theory of those who have the power and will to profit off of the authoritarian methods and practices of civilized society.
Our proposal is the direct attack on those responsible for the misery of this reality, now the prison guards are in the sights of all the insurgent compañerxs — or is it necessary to keep saying what points we have in common? Actions say much more than words, but it is also necessary sometimes to mention what the media constantly try to hide.
The cars that we burned at 3000 Amenabar street were parked right outside one of the properties of Sergio Berni (secretary of the Ministry of Security), under 24 hour surveillance by the Federal Police.
The little bomb we set off in the Prison Guards’ Mutual (Argentine Borders Building), located at 2264 Bartolome Mitre street, on Thursday September 19, 2013 at 1:40 am, unfortunately only caused material damages; we would have liked to find out that a servant of law and order had at least been injured.
We salute the compañerxs of the Conspiracy for Revenge and all those who, without lots of questioning, go on the offensive against authority all across the world.
