TERMS OF USE
The National Air and Space Museum, Smithsonian Institution (hereafter Museum) agrees to provide the Requestor reproductions of 3D scans, drawings and/or other documents containing design data of air and spacecraft described below:

These reproductions from the Museum's archival collections will be furnished to Requestor subject to the following terms and conditions:
The reproductions are made available by the Museum in accordance with the Smithsonian’s standard terms of use, http://www.si.edu/termsofuse,
and may be used solely for personal, non-commercial uses such as historical research, exhibition, model making, or non-profit restoration purposes. Permission for such uses is granted only to the extent
of the Smithsonian Institution's ownership of the rights related to the request. Certain drawings and data may be subject to copyright, trademark, patent or related interests not owned by the Institution.
The responsibility for ascertaining whether any such rights exist and for obtaining all necessary permissions remains with the Requestor.
The Museum makes no representations or warranties that the reproductions furnished meet current or past airworthiness standards or are in any way suitable for use in the construction or repair of
aviation or aerospace equipment.
The reproductions provided by the Museum may not be further reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted or used for manufacturing or replication purposes. Requestor agrees to release, defend,
hold harmless, and indemnify the National Air and Space Museum and the Smithsonian Institution, its Regents, officers, employees, and agents, and the United States Government from and against
any and all claims, suits or actions of any nature arising from any loss or damage resulting from or in any way connected with loss or damage resulting from or in any way connected with uses not
consistent with the permissions granted herein.
