Caroline Walls is an Australian artist working across a number of media, including painting, drawing and soft sculpture. Having spent extensive time abroad, living in both London and New York, she has now made Melbourne her base. With a foundation in design, her artistic practice is grounded in a strong sense of colour and graphic forms. Walls draws inspiration by the people around her, everyday human experiences and the fluidity of the human body. These artworks explore the body and the reduction of its form as a way of heightening its expressive power.
