How long does it take between the time I place my order online and when it ships out?

STANDARD DELIVERY: 2-5 DAYS (this would cover the free deliveries)
GROUND: 1-5 DAYS $6.50
2ND DAY: $14.90
OVERNIGHT: $17.75
Ground shipping is free in the continental U.S. with orders over $50. A flat fee of $6.50 will apply to orders below $50.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
UPS and US Postal Service (USPS) are used for domestic orders. We use FEDEX for international orders.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands may require 8-12 additional business days

How do I return a product?
We hope you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a credit, exchange or replacement on goods returned to us within 21 days of your receipt of goods.
Items must be in new condition, unopened and unused
Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post).
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Generally, processing time for refunds is 7-10 full business days from the time your package is received. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail. Return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance. When will I be billed for my item?
Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your Julien Farel Haircare Products. You will receive a ship confirmation email that will alert you when the products leave our warehouse.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Credit card information entered on julienfarel.com is secure. All orders placed on julienfarel.com are processed through Authorize.net and are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order. If you are uncomfortable entering your credit card information online, we will be pleased to accept your order by phone. Please call +1 855 339 6900 between Monday and Friday between 10AM-6PM EST.

What method of payment does Julien Farel Haircare accept?
Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club.
In the event your credit card is declined, we will inform you of this event and request a new credit card number. Please provide your new credit card number within 5 days so we can fulfill your order without you having to resubmit your order. As email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card information, we advise that for your protection you do NOT send credit card information via an e-mail message to Customer Service. Instead, we suggest that you call us directly +1 855 339 6900 with your credit card information.
We do not accept PayPal at this time. Please email us bonjour@julienfarel.com and let us know if you would like Paypal to be a future payment option.

How is sales tax calculated?
All orders shipped from Julien Farel Haircare will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.

Does Julien Farel Haircare support multiple ship to addresses?
Julien Farel Haircare does not support sending to multiple addresses in one order. Please place the items in the basket that you wish to be sent to one location and send order. You may then proceed to send to another address by beginning the order process again.

Does Julien Farel Anti-Aging Haircare ship to PO Boxes?
Julien Farel Anti-Aging Haircare unfortunately does not ship to P.O. boxes.
