Before we post the "Toronto Star" article, we've learned that our friend John Marleau might be in a little trouble with the law again. We received a not from a reader saying that they saw Marleau at the court house (we assume the one downtown) and he looked less than pleased. So if that individual would like to get in touch with us again we would be very interested to know why he is in trouble now.

Court Dates For Blood & Honour Members Postponed
The hearing for Rob de Chazal and Alastair Miller has been scheduled for January 23. Shawn Macdonald's hearing will take place on January 27.
Now we can't say how Miller and Macdonald will defend themselves, but it appears that part of de Chazal's defence will be that he is not a neo-Nazi and that language describing him as such is prejudicial:

You know, we rarely watch the Sun News channel, in part because of the poor production and the amateur hour nature of the programing, but if we're to be honest the biggest reason is how they spin the news. Based on their ratings, it appears we aren't alone in our assessment.
So when Marc Lemire appeared on Ezra Levant's show this past summer, we didn't watch, which in retrospect was very stupid of us. Eventually though, we thought to ourselves, "Hey, wonder if he deals with his long running involvement in the Heritage Front? Surely Ezra would ask about, right? And if Lemire is asked, certainly he would have to tell the truth because Ezra would call him on it if he misrepresents his past? Ezra is a journalist after all and would do the necessary research..... right?"
Well, Lemire was asked about his involvement with the Heritage Front. Here is his reply:

All Is Quiet In "White Nationalist" Land: Part III
We've twice (here and here) alluded to something rather odd happening on the Blood & Honour forums (as opposed to the Blood and Honour International/Combat 18 forums). Given that three of their own have been accused of and arrested for a series of assaults in Vancouver, one might expect something about this would be discussed on their website.
And there was a thread created to discuss it. Briefly. So briefly we didn't get the screen shots before the thread "mysteriously" disappeared.
Well, it really isn't all that much of a mystery. Shawn Macdonald, one of the men accused in the series of assaults in Vancouver, is also a moderator on the forums. This past week a federal court heard arguments for and against Sec. 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act. Although it's a bit of a simplistic dichotomy, we'll say that on one side was the CHRC and Richard Warman (and their allies) who spoke in favor of Sec. 13 while on the other side Marc Lemire (and his allies) spoke in favor of repealing Sec. 13.
Oh, and that reminds us:

B&H;/Combat 18 Member: "We send bombs and take action...."
Our readers who might swing by the Stormfront forums once in a while will all be able to relate to this story. You find a thread that was obviously edited clumsily by a Stormfront moderator. There are statements which, devoid of context, make no sense. There are quoted sections appearing in other messages that are still there, but the original has disappeared. There are comments telling people to chill out and referring to posters who, again, are no longer present in the discussion as class acts and warriors for the cause. And, without a doubt, you will find at least once poster who has had his posting privileges removed for some unknown infraction.
Sort of like this discussion here which is a disjointed mess.
And, if you're like us, you wish that you had been able to read those posts which have been removed because you just know something juicy was written that might be really embarrassing to some people. You kick yourself thinking, "if only I had gotten there sooner...."
So, should we stop teasing you?

After all, we all know that if the accused were of non-European heritage, the denizens of Stormfront and VNN would be all over it and claiming the crime as further evidence that "Whites" can't coexist in a society with 'dem ethnics.
Would it surprise our readers that not much has been posted about the crimes that Macdonald, de Chazal and Miller are accused of? Of course you aren't!

McKee Uses Blood & Honour Arrests to Promote Violence
Paul Fromm protegee Kyle McKee did an interview with CTV concerning the assaults that took place in Vancouver and the arrest of the three Blood & Honour members suspected of having committed the deeds.
Well, at least McKee has dispensed with the pretext of being opposed to violence:

Two Vancouver men allegedly involved in the white supremacist group Blood and Honour have been charged in a number of assaults on minorities.
In the most disturbing case, 25-year-old Robertson De Chazal is accused of setting fire to a Filipino man who had fallen asleep on a couch near Commercial Drive and 5th Avenue in Vancouver's east side.
The victim sustained burns to his arms, neck and head. Witnesses reported seeing three men flee the scene, and Mounties say they have arrested one other suspect who has yet to face charges.
De Chazal is also accused of beating a black man unconscious in September 2009. He has been charged with aggravated assault and assault causing bodily harm.
Shawn MacDonald has been charged with three counts of assault in connection with separate incidents in 2008 and 2010 in which a black man, a Hispanic man and an aboriginal woman were attacked.

A Winnipeg teen accused of a racist attack on a Jewish high school student is now stirring debate about the incident through his very public Facebook page.
Police confirmed Monday a 15-year-old boy had been charged with assault with a weapon for allegedly using a lighter to burn the hair of a Jewish classmate while uttering anti-Semitic remarks in the halls of Oak Park High School.
But while police said it was still being determined whether the boy will be charged with hate crimes, the boy had a message of his own, a picture of himself on his Facebook page wearing a shirt with a slogan relating that he loves "haters."
And he's being lauded by others online for the alleged attack.

Originally posted by Fromm on his open Facebook account, he originally labelled it as originating at the "George Orwell Dinner" awards ceremony honoring the Fourniers (though, truth be told, it ain't an honor we would be proud to receive). Maikeru then accused us of three things, but we'll start with the second and third accusations.
The second thing we were accused of was "document tampering" which, given we didn't do anything to the photo itself and were simply providing a label that one of the attendees of the dinner and awards ceremony had ascribed to it sort of leaves us scratching our heads a little.
Connie herself erroneously claims we are engaging in witness tampering for talking about Lemire on these pages who is apparently their witness in Richard Warman's lawsuit against the Fourniers as the third accusation. We actually didn't know this before Connie first wrote about it a while back in making the same accusation against us then, but we can assure Ms. Fournier that we would be absolutely delighted if Mr. Lemire were to testify under oath, especially if the cross examination asked him certain questions about his past he would like to deny. The first accusation though, now that we think about it, wasn't so much an accusation against us but against Harry Abrams whom Maikeru is now claiming is part of our little Collective here. And while hanging out with us is actually pretty fun (we have, "make your own sunday" Sundays here... oh, that reminds us that we need more sprinkles and rum n' butter syrup) and isn't something we think one should be ashamed of.

Paulie's Chickens Come Home to Roost
o, this isn't related to our last article. It's just a bit of a pun based on Paulie's more recent missives.
You see Paulie has a new target for his anti-immigration angst.
Backyard chicken coops.
Evidently, Paulie is unfamiliar with the mostly white, middle-class phenomenon of the backyard chicken coop movement (which is a part of the larger movement towards organic foods). A lot of people, uncomfortable with the mechanized agricultural industry, have decided to raise chickens in their backyards for fun and profit (and protest, we suppose).
To gauge the size of this movement, note the following website (especially the forum) which is only one of hundreds we could find:

TORONTO - Chicken is on the menu today for city councillors in Toronto.
Council will be looking at a motion from Coun. Joe Mihevc aimed at allowing Toronto residents to keep hens in their backyards.
Mihevc says there are a number of residents who wish to keep hens in their backyards to produce eggs for personal use.
Existing bylaws prohibit the keeping of chickens in Toronto.
The motion calls on council to direct city staff to look into allowing residents to keep backyard hens in a safe and appropriate manner.
The motion notes cities such as Kingston, Ont., Vancouver, New York, Cleveland, and Los Angeles have modified their regulations to include backyard hens.
"The experiences of these cities have highlighted that residents can successfully keep a limited number of hens in their backyard in balance with the need to maintain the community's quality of life," the motion states.
And in Paulie's fevered imagination, he jumps to the conclusion that this is all a result of multiculturalism:

There are 111,556 users on this forum, almost half of that found on Stormfront, a webforum that has been around in one form or another since 1995. And it seems that many of your Stormfront compatriots raise chickens in urban settings as well:

Rift Between the Lemire Family and Fromm over Money?

Paul Fromm and Marc Lemire have a relationship that goes back to at least the mid 1990s when Lemire hosted Paulie's websites on his own Freedom-Site (along with other websites, including the Heritage Front which he would go on to lead, but we're going to touch on this issue again in later articles).
He has travelled with Fromm to events across Canada and has promoted Fromm's speeches and writing on the Heritage Front's magazine, "UpFront: Frontline" (including an article they appear to have co-written) and on the American-based hate site Stormfront. In turn, Paulie seems to have acted as a bit of a mentor to Lemire and has been spoken about his efforts to have Sec. 13 repealed.

A POLICE probe is underway into an incident at a Winnipeg high school involving a student with Nazi links who reportedly used a lighter to burn the hair of a Jewish student. The altercation in a hallway at Oak Park High School last month apparently also saw the 15-year-old boy make anti-Semitic slurs toward the 15-year-old girl.

Last night it came to our attention that the Goudreau has a twitter account. Curious, we decided to take a look. While everything he twitters is the mundane crap he posts on his Facebook page, we were struck by one thing:
