Sam: From student to teacher


VU student-turned-teacher, Sam Dang followed a flexible pathway from diploma to postgraduate study and now encourages his students to ‘dream big’ too.

“VU offers a lot of hands-on practical experience in the teaching profession. I've been able to build my professional networks.

I'm currently working at VU, teaching the Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. My end goal is to go back and teach other adult learners who are studying each of the pathway courses I have taken myself. My advice to students is to dream big and go for it!�
