It helped me heal another layer of sexual shame too. I rarely wear bras for many reasons. One reason being I like my breasts and nipples to be completely free and bras seem to restrict the sensation, pleasure and sexual energy that usually flows there. Plus bras aren’t all that great for our breasts! Anyway, I was wearing the shirt I’m wearing in this week’s video, preparing for my daily walk near the beach. My nipples and breasts felt so free, perky and were bouncing slightly as I walked about my house gathering my things. For a moment I felt some shame…and thought to myself… “Should I change my shirt to something more appropriate that conceals my perky breasts and nipples?” And immediately I knew where this was coming from. My fear of my own sexual power. The fear of the power, penetrative sexual energy and radiance that my nipples and breasts naturally exude. I was afraid that other people would think my nipples were inappropriate, too much or that I’d worn this shirt to entertain the male gaze. Anytime I notice thoughts popping up in my head trying to convince me to change my outfit, I know that a layer of ancient shame is surfacing and I can either choose to give in and suppress myself even more or I can empower myself and wear what I desire. So that’s exactly what I did. I wore the shirt. I went on my walk and here’s the most healing and powerful part of this experiment. I chose to dial up the sensuality, femininity, radiance and penetrative love, power and sexual energy of my breasts and nipples. I imagined and visualized supercharging my nipples with love, devotion and healing sexual energy and as I walked past people (staring men, disapproving women, curious onlookers of all sexes), I imagined radiating devotional love and healing energy into the hearts of every single person. I imagined sending this devotional, loving, feminine energy and penetrating the heart and soul of every single person. As I did that, I felt embodied deeper in my own feminine energy, sexuality and erotic nature than ever before. I felt like I was truly walking around as an offering of devotional erotic love. THIS right here is our power as women. Not to suppress or deny, but rather to open our hearts and shine our radiant feminine light out THROUGH our breasts, hearts and nipples. That makes me feel powerful as a woman. That makes my breasts and nipples feel powerful and more than just an object of lust or a source of nourishment. It makes me understand the connection between my nipples, heart, sexual energy and erotic self and how truly essential that connection is. The beautiful thing about a woman’s nipples and breasts is that they’re the force for which we penetrate the world (or our lovers) with our fiercely loving hearts, devotion and sensual passion. I personally believe that a woman’s relationship with her breasts and nipples directly affects how willing she is to give and receive love. How willing she is to shine and radiate her own unique feminine gifts into the world and penetrate the hearts and souls of others with her heart, breasts and sexual energy.
