David Evans
Having set up TCC in 2001, David leads on our work on effective communication. As former Assistant General Secretary of the Labour Party 1999-2001, he had responsibility for the organisation of the 2001 General Election campaign. He now works across the political spectrum with local authorities, health and third sector bodies.

Rachel Ward
With more than 10 years’ experience in communications and behaviour change, Rachel is responsible for leading and developing our health portfolio. In her time at TCC, Rachel has worked across the NHS organisations, charities and local authorities. Rachel is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and the Association for Healthcare Communications and Marketing.

Chris Clarke
Chris delivers our external communications work, as well as building our knowledge of qualitative research, policy and communications. He officially joined the team at the start of 2016, but has been a TCC Associate since 2013. He has a particular interest in Values Modes and community engagement.

Daniel is an experienced social researcher who leads our research projects and oversees project delivery. His work with us over the past few years has included research and interventions on community resilience, reputation, communications, GP Access, obesity and urban regeneration.

Amy oversees the smooth running and delivery of range of our projects. Having joined us at the start of 2015, Amy brings to the team experience in policy development, communications and executing high-profile campaigns and projects in the charity and third sector at national and international level.

Charlie Mansell
Charlie was a civil servant in the Treasury in Whitehall for 16 years and a local Councillor for 20 years serving on a regeneration board and Community Health Council. His wide-ranging knowledge of community engagement across local government, health and housing sectors through active hands-on involvement over the last 30 years

With an academic background in politics and research Will Heywood joined our team in 2014 following work in education overseas and with major third sector organisations in the UK.

Merel Spijkerman
With a masters in Social Marketing and degree in Health Sciences, Merel specialises in working on health and behaviour change projects. Merel is our team’s adept multitasker; researching and analysing complex health issues like increased risk drinking and long term conditions, while coordinating our research team in the field.

Pancho Lewis
Pancho supports the delivery of a range of our projects. The newest member of our team, Pancho joined us this summer following his studies in research, politics and education and more recently working as an advisor to an MP and setting up a collaborative project to promote democratic values through education policy.

Laura Deambrogio
Laura Deambrogio came to London 20 years ago from Italy, having worked as a Finance Manager in there she started out in the UK with Cantor Fitzgerald on the trading desks before moving to Bloomberg as a Analyst Financial Journalist and Presenter, she now specialises in finance and office management support for SME's.

Rob brings to the team experience from people focussed roles, working at Elmwood Nursing Home, Croydon Co-operative and Sainsbury’s. Rob has been awarded his NVQ level 2 in Business and Administration.

Graeme joined TCC eight years ago and alongside having managed the business, specialises in public consultation and engagement. Over the past few years he has delivered major public consultations on controversial issues such as local library and hospital reconfigurations as well as children centre closures.

Nick Pecorelli
Nick is an experienced public speaker, speech writer and policy maker. His previous roles include adviser to the Rt Hon Gordon Brown MP, Labour Party Assistant General Secretary covering Policy and Campaigns, economic consultancy and NHS management. Nick leads on our Values Modes polling and other innovative research such as social network analysis.

Mark Wall
Once ambulanceman and theologian, now communications expert; after working 15 years in the NHS Mark now runs his own company providing communications, PR and engagement support. A winner of the national NHS award for “Best Communications Improving Patient Care”, Mark has managed positive and negative stories on a regional and national basis and led large scale and local engagement programmes.

Julie Fowlie
Julie is an academic based at the University of Brighton and specialises in researching the relationships that make organisations work. She has developed powerful interventions to deal with challenging situations that can change behaviour and outlook at an organisational level, and has previously been a leading light in sales and marketing for American Express in the UK.
