Online forum

speechbubble is an online forum. It’s a place our customers, staff and stakeholders can provide feedback and ideas.

We run speechbubble sessions throughout the year. They run for 1 to 2 weeks at a time. You can find out when speechbubble is running by subscribing or by following us on Twitter and Facebook.

Participants can post anonymous comments. We use them to improve our service. We host the discussion, ask questions and give answers.

We publish the outcomes of sessions on the speechbubble website.
