  • I wouldn't recommend this company, they were 20 min late and we had to ask over 4 times for them to go back over things that weren't cleaned properly or at all and they still didn't get done! The kitchen cupboards, skirting, walls and around the stove and splash back in the kitchen weren't done properly, none of the windows in any room were cleaned, the drains in the showers and sinks weren't cleaned and none of the wet floors in the bathrooms and toilets were cleaned, nor were the toilets!, and as I said after asking 4 times or more for these things to be done and still not getting done I gave up, I was extremely unsatisfied and was not going to get them back because I had no confidence that even if I did that it would get done properly then either. There is no way this company can claim a bond back guarantee.

  • Taz Cleaning services came and did our two-storey, five bedroom house for us, including kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and windows (inside and out). We have a three-month old so we were in serious need of a house cleaning service. We found them reasonable value for money but not great attention to detail. We're very happy to have a clean house after a few weeks of chaos. And the windows were reasonably well cleaned. (We have a lot). My gripe is that the guys who came to do our clean, didn't do a thorough job. In our lounge room (which they also steamed cleaned), the centre rug and couches weren't moved. We only realised this after the cleaners left, and when we moved them we found crumbs and dust that hadn't been cleaned. They also didn't clean the skirting boards behind the couches. Similarly in the kitchen, I found crumbs and cobwebs behind and underneath furniture and items that hadn't been moved. So I had a fair bit of tidying up to do after the cleaners had finished and gone. We were also told to expect them at 9am and that it would take 5-6 hours. They got here at about 10.15, which isn't a huge deal, but it would have been nice for them to get here on time. All up it took them I think 4 hours. Final verdict is that it was reasonable value for money but I probably would hire someone else next time to do a more thorough job.

  • Unfortunately, the cleaner turned up several hours late due to a broken carpet steam cleaner. I advised I left the keys at the Real Estate and he forgot to pick them up so I left him to it. The Real Estate agent says there were still some scuff marks to be cleaned and the fan/light in the bathroom had not been cleaned, but the rest appears to have been cleaned okay. I could not inspect it myself before they left as I had planned to meet them there at 2pm and inspect after, but since they were late I had to attend to other commitments. It seems the place was cleaned reasonably well.

  • We had just moved to a victorian house that had been recently renovated but whose previous owners had really poor hygiene standards. Taz and his team were the heroes who didn't hesitate to tackle every single grubby corner. There were lots of boxes in their way and they were completely unfazed by them. The ultimate test came when they pulled a built-in fridge out to assess a bad smell coming from behind it. To everyone's horror it was the badly decomposing body of a rat. Luis's attitude was, 'it's a difficult job but someone has got to do it" - he dealt with it with so much professionalism. I was extremely impressed. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you.

  • I would advise everyone not to deal with them. After taking the money does not respond to phone messages and email Property agent was not satisfied with the cleaning and I paid again for the property agent to clean up again   My calls and did not respond to my messages again The bill did not request sent only after 5 days and work history was October 17 last Saturday and I was surprised that the date of the invoice sender was the month of April and requested by modifying the correct date did not return until now.

  • Would not recommend. They cancelled on the day for vacate clean. Did not get a replacement cleaner for me. I had to pay triple the price for a last minute cleaner after having prebooked a cleaner through Taz 10 days in advance. Even requested to rebook the following day after rescheduling my move out date but didnt even get a response. Cost me hundreds of dollars to pay extra day rent and expensive last minute booking different company.

  • The service was pretty good. Though the agent said there are few things which were not very clean. The agent did not say they will be contacting the cleaners. Regardless,We got our full bond money back. So overall i think it was fine. The bathroom room was not covered as a part of the original quote and we paid may be 30 dollars extra for that. The guys were friendly and polite.

  • I have paid them $200 for bond back guarantee package. But property agent wasn't satisfied with their cleaning and requested to re-clean few things. We contacted Mr. Taz to send someone to fix the issues. He promised to send someone but never did and he stopped taking our calls and never replied our messages and email. We had to pay someone else to get the job done. Please beware. This company is a spam. Just a bunch of highly unprofessional individuals.

  • Didn't wipe any of the benches, some rooms weren't vacuumed, fridge still left dirty. Completed a very basic job and as a result we didn't get our bond back and were left with a very upset landlord. Won't use again.

  • Bad experience, extra hidden cost , does not have proper equipment for steam carpeting. Not using this company anymore

  • We hired this service for an end of lease clean and were very pleased with the service provided. They were on time, spent about two hours cleaning and steam cleaning our place. We inspected prior to them leaving and were very satisfied with the service provided. Our landlord had a few issues with the clean (although we inspected and were happy), we let Taz know and we arranged for someone to come by the next day and rectify the issues right away at no charge to us. It was a great service and I would definitely recommend to others to use as well.

  • Answered the inquiry very promptly, arrived on time. Quote was competitive. One staff did a great job, the other did a poor job- so had to go in and clean myself again that night. Unfortunately wouldn't recommend to friends because of this.

  • I would definitely recommend these cleaners. Booked them in for an end of lease cleaning and steam clean. I had moved a few suburbs away and was going to have abit of trouble organizing a time to be at the apartment that needed cleaning so they offered to come pick up the keys and drop the keys off after cleaning. Staff was really nice and they did a good job as well.

Overall quality of clean was average with a lack of attention to detail e.g.: corners of kitchen benchtops missed, etc. No attempt to ensure adequate ventilation (i.e. opening windows, turning on extractor fans) during cleaning, leaving strong bleach fumes persisting well into the next day. Will not be recommending this cleaner to others.
