David Michael "Dave" Navarro (born June 7, 1967) is an American guitarist, singer-songwriter, and actor. He is best known as a founding member of the alternative rock band Jane's Addiction, with whom he has recorded four studio albums, and as a former member of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Navarro has also been a member of the Jane's Addiction spin-off bands, Deconstruction and The Panic Channel. Allmusic's Greg Prato described him as "one of alternative rock's first true guitar heroes," with an eclectic playing style that merges heavy metal, psychedelia, and modern rock.
Navarro joined Jane's Addiction in 1986, at the suggestion of his childhood friend Stephen Perkins, who had recently joined the band. Over the next five years, Jane's Addiction released three albums, Jane's Addiction (1987), Nothing's Shocking (1988) and Ritual de lo Habitual (1990).
Navarro recorded one studio album with Red Hot Chili Peppers, One Hot Minute (1995). He also released one solo album Trust No One, in 2001. He was married to Carmen Electra from 2003-2007.
I'm running out of room
Don't make me say it
There is nothing left in me
Don't make me
Too much for hotel rooms
Don't make me say it
Sleeping pills don't make me
There is no love left in your eyes
There is love between your thighs
Roll over say goodnight
A morning dog howl in the street
Cup filled tiny hands and feet
Napkin in the drain
I'm running out of room
Don't make me say it
There is nothing left in me
Don't make me
Too much for hotel rooms
Don't make me say it
Sleeping pills don't make me
There is no love left in your eyes
There is love between your thighs
Roll over say goodnight
I hate my life I hate my life
Never want another wife
I want the life you think I have
There is no love left in your eyes
There is love between your thighs
Roll over say goodnight
I've had enough of feeling sick
You've had enough of feeling sick
The sugar never helps
I hate my life I hate my life
Never want another wife
