No Homelessness Ban 2017

Listen to the experience of homelessness on Roominations

The mainstream media, and in particular the Herald Sun, are running a campaign to demonise those experiencing homelessness, using labels like "professional beggars". Lord Mayor Robert Doyle is expected to take a proposal to Melbourne City Council on 28 February to ban people sleeping in the Council area.
