Gender is the range of characteristics pertaining to, and differentiating between, masculinity and femininity. Depending on the context, these characteristics may include biological sex (i.e. the state of being male, female or intersex), sex-based social structures (including gender roles and other social roles), or gender identity.
Sexologist John Money introduced the terminological distinction between biological sex and gender as a role in 1955. Before his work, it was uncommon to use the word gender to refer to anything but grammatical categories. However, Money's meaning of the word did not become widespread until the 1970s, when feminist theory embraced the concept of a distinction between biological sex and the social construct of gender. Today, the distinction is strictly followed in some contexts, especially the social sciences and documents written by the World Health Organization (WHO). However, in many other contexts, including some areas of social sciences, gender includes sex or replaces it. Although this change in the meaning of gender can be traced to the 1980s, a small acceleration of the process in the scientific literature was observed in 1993 when the USA's Food and Drug Administration (FDA) started to use gender instead of sex. In 2011, the FDA reversed its position and began using sex as the biological classification and gender as "a person's self representation as male or female, or how that person is responded to by social institutions based on the individual's gender presentation." In non-human animal research, gender is also commonly used to refer to the physiology of the animals.
National Geographic or NatGeo may refer to:
Genderqueer (GQ), also termed non-binary or gender-expansive, is a catch-all category for gender identities that are not exclusively masculine or feminine—identities which are thus outside of the gender binary and cisnormativity. Genderqueer people may identify as one or more of the following:
In addition to being an umbrella term, genderqueer has been used as an adjective to refer to any people who transgress distinctions of gender, regardless of their self-defined gender identity, i.e. those who "queer" gender, expressing it non-normatively.Androgynous (also androgyne) is frequently used as a descriptive term for people in this category, though genderqueer people may express a combination of masculinity and femininity, or neither, in their gender expression, and not all identify as androgynous. However, the term has been applied by those describing what they see as a gender ambiguity. Some references use the term transgender broadly, in such a way that it includes genderqueer/non-binary people.
Twenty Questions is a spoken parlor game which encourages deductive reasoning and creativity. It originated in the United States and was played widely in the 19th century. It escalated in popularity during the late 1940s when it became the format for a successful weekly radio quiz program.
In the traditional game, one player is chosen to be the answerer. That person chooses a subject (object) but does not reveal this to the others. All other players are questioners. They each take turns asking a question which can be answered with a simple "Yes" or "No." In variants of the game, multiple state answers may be included such as the answer "Maybe." The answerer answers each question in turn. Sample questions could be: "Is it bigger than a breadbox?" or "Can I put it in my mouth?" Lying is not allowed in the game. If a questioner guesses the correct answer, that questioner wins and becomes the answerer for the next round. If 20 questions are asked without a correct guess, then the answerer has stumped the questioners and gets to be the answerer for another round.

For 11 weeks me and two other people worked on this animation hoping to teach people a little about the gender and sexuality spectrum. This was for our Special Topics class. The goal was to choose a demographic then animate an educational video aimed at that demographic.

After over 150 thumbs up, I decided to talk about Gender. Understand that this video is my own opinion and if you wanted to hear about this, well then here it is. I know not everyone will agree, but that is fine. If everyone agreed with everyone, the world would be boring. ►Twitter: https://twitter.com/KENDRlCKS ►Apparel Store: https://shop.spreadshirt.com/EcysApparel ►Instagram: https://instagram.com/kendrlcks/ Wanna Get Partnered? ► https://www.freedom.tm/via/Ecy If I ever do talk about someone in a video i.e. a Rant, a Specific Video, or whatever, just know I am making that video solely for entertainment and not to get them any hate.

Just two days after the high court gave Parliament and the Attorney General until May 29th to enact the controversial two thirds gender rule or risk dissolution, Narok woman representative Soipan Kudate has called on parliamentarians to halt their campaigns and implement the rule. Kudate, a stern defender of women’s rights, insists the implementation is possible within the prescribed 60 days. Thursday's land mark ruling came as a reprieve for civil society organisations who had lodged an appeal after Members of Parliament conspired to shoot down the bill, terming it untenable.

I wish I was infinite and given my way
I'd be so fucking cool
When I'm feeling the rush
I look at you through different eyes
I never knew my thoughts televise what you think
I'm the twin inside you
It's hard to believe what you say
Unaccepting what you've tried to show us
And nothing can fix what's incomplete
Can't get to us
Never get to us
And nothing can fix what's incomplete
Can't get to us
Never get to us
Refreshing your memories of times we've known
Constantly stumbling over reason
Where do these words go now so true
Covering no one else but you devour every modern day
It's hard to believe what you say
Unaccepting what you've tried to show us
And nothing can fix what's incomplete
Can't get to us
Never get to us
And nothing can fix what's incomplete
Can't get to us
Never get to us
Fell away in my dizziness I'm blinding
I wish I was obedient aren't I something
I'll never be rational I'm finding
My way to everyone in this velvet sky of mine
Boredom does nothing for me so why does it follow
Walking with deadbeats down the street i want everything
I'll be your idol Be your maker your everything
Your dirty dream designer
