  Nobody came to my 9am clean this morning. Initially I was pretty frustrated as i was not notified by that cleaner (Mary) and I had planned my whole day around the clean. I called customer service and shortly after I was contacted by two of the owners. They were very apologetic and lovely. They al... Nobody came to my 9am clean this morning. Initially I was pretty frustrated as i was not notified by that cleaner (Mary) and I had planned my whole day around the clean. I called customer service and shortly after I was contacted by two of the owners. They were very apologetic and lovely. They also managed to turn the situation around and introduced me to Jalpa and Nishant. Jalpa and Nishant came on such short notice and clean my apartment. They did such a good job that I will be having them come for a regular clean. Such lovely, professional people. Happy to recommend this company as even if the service goes wrong you can have piece of mind that the owners are deceit, lovely people and will fix any wrong doing.

  Reasonably priced and did great cleaning. However, was not happy with change of quote. Ended up paying more than what was quoted due to more time required to clean. I had offered person to do a walk through weeks before the cleaning date but offer was declined.

• Guy turned up on time but charged us extra once he inspected the property. We really had to get the carpet cleaned that day (vacant cleaning)otherwise we had not used him at all!!
