A Perth teenager has come off second best in a game of 'hide and seek' with police through a CBD construction site.
A police spokeswoman said the juvenile was a person of interest in a seperate matter when he allegedly ran away from police officers near Barrack Street around 6.30pm on Saturday.
The teenager ran into a construction site and was hiding on the second floor when police realised there was no safe way to bring him down.
"We saw him go in there and we could speak to him, but there was no real safe way to get him out," the police spokeswoman said.
"So we called the Department of Fire and Emergency Services."
A fire crew attended and the teenager was brought down from the building in a cherry picker.
He could be facing a trespassing charge.
