Roxy Jacenko quizzed about marriage

Sydney's PR queen appears on Seven's The Morning Show on Monday to put an end to rumours about her marriage. Vision: Channel Seven.

He was sentenced toĀ a maximum of two years in prison, to be released on a good behaviour bond after one year.

But could thisĀ altercation have an impact on his June 24 release?

"It was simply a verbalĀ argument.Ā It's notĀ uncommonĀ between inmates," a source told Fairfax Media on Monday.

The sourceĀ added it was "unlikely" that this argument would affect Curtis' early release.Ā

"It dependsĀ on howĀ frequentlyĀ it happens. IfĀ a prisoner was involved in multiple brawls, then, yes, that behaviour can affect their parole because a report is put together about their behaviour in prison.

"[Cell detention] is more of a warning to not engage in anti-social behaviour."

A spokesperson for Corrective Services NSW said the agency does not comment on individual prisoners, but issued this statement to Fairfax Media: "Staff separated three inmates after a verbal argument between the inmates at Cooma Correctional Centre last month. There were no injuries."

Curtis, aĀ Riverview old boy,Ā is said to be a model inmate and it's believed this is the first time he has had to be reprimanded.

"He settled in fine. He's not having any issues," the source added.

However, the source laughed off The Daily Telegraph's reference to Curtis being nicknamed "Adonis" (a gorgeous male in Greek mythology) by fellow inmates because of his new "ripped" physique.

"That whole Adonis thing is not correct," the source said.

Jacenko, 36,Ā did not want to comment on the incident when approached by Fairfax Media on Monday.

However, appearing on Today Extra, she said he was "OK" and the story was "a lot of fluff".

"Who doesn't have altercations? I have had a fair few of them... People argue, people have issues, it is what it is," she said.

Last week, she resigned as the sole director from Curtis' investment company, Encounter Investments, reignitingĀ further speculation that their marriage is on the rocks.

Catch-ups with her ex-boyfriend, millionaire property developer Nabil Gazal; stepping out to the gym without her wedding and engagement rings on; and hashtagging a picture on InstagramĀ with "single girl issues" - have also kept the rumour mill ticking over.

Clearing up the split rumours, she spoke toĀ Seven'sĀ This MorningĀ last month.

"I don't know who goes to the gym with their jewellery on.Ā I definitely put a face on because there's always a few good looking boys at the gym, but nah I'm still married," she told Kylie Gillies and Larry Emdur.

"No marriage is ever perfect.Ā Obviously mine is challenged because of the situation we are in, but Ollie is a wonderful father and I've got my rings on," she said, flashing her diamonds for the camera.

"But I don't wear them to the gym ... All is fine."

Jacenko, head of the Sweaty Betty PR agency, also did not want to comment on the nature of her relationship withĀ Gazal, who is a brother of the Real Housewives of Sydney star Nicole O'Neil.

She is focusing on her thirdĀ social media and PR seminar,Ā "In Conversation with Roxy Jacenko", to be held in Sydney on April 28.
