Mărgineni, Bacău

Mărgineni (Hungarian: Marzsinén) is a commune in Bacău County, Romania. It is composed of eight villages: Baraţi (Barát), Luncani (Lunkány), Mărgineni, Pădureni, Podiş, Poiana, Trebeş (Terebes) and Valea Budului.

At the 2002 census, 99.8% of inhabitants were ethnic Romanians. 57.5% were Roman Catholic and 41.9% Romanian Orthodox.

Anil Kapoor

Anil Kapoor (born 24 December 1959) is an Indian actor and producer who has appeared in many Bollywood films and more recently international films. Kapoor's career has spanned almost 40 years as an actor. He was the producer for the critically acclaimed movie Gandhi, My Father.

Anil Kapoor made his Hindi film debut with Umesh Mehra's Hamare Tumhare (1979) in a small role. He was then starred as a lead actor in the 1980 Telugu film, Vamsa Vruksham directed by veteran Bapu. He then made his Kannada film debut with Mani Ratnam's blockbuster Pallavi Anu Pallavi (1984). He received his first Filmfare Award, in the Best Supporting Actor category, for his role in Yash Chopra's Mashaal (1984). Kapoor earned his first Filmfare Best Actor Award for his performance in N. Chandra's Tezaab (1988) and later again for his performance in Indra Kumar's Beta (1992). He has also starred in many other critically and commercially successful films: Woh Saat Din (1983); Meri Jung (1985); Janbaaz (1986); Karma (1986); Mr. India (1987); Virasat (1997), for which he won the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actor; Biwi No.1 (1999); Taal (1999), for which he won his second Filmfare Best Supporting Actor Award; Pukar (2000), for which he won a National Film Award for Best Actor; No Entry (2005); Welcome (2007); Race (2008); Race 2 (2013); Dil Dhadakne Do (2015) for which he won his third Filmfare Best Supporting Actor Award.

Kedarnath Bhattacharya, better known as Kumar Sanu (born 20 October 1957), is a legendary Indian singer. Kumar Sanu is one of the most popular playback singers of Bollywood. He holds the Guinness Book world record for recording the maximum number of songs in a day, which are 28, in the year 1993...He is noted for his contributions as a playback singer in Bollywood. He was awarded the Filmfare Best Male Playback Singer Award for five consecutive years. In 2009, the Government of India awarded him Padma Shri, India's fourth highest civilian honour, in recognition of his achievements.

Early life

Kumar Sanu's father, Pashupati Bhattacharya, was a vocalist and composer. He along with Sanu, and Sanu's elder sister lived in Sinthee area (Dumdum, Kolkata) near Biswanath Park. Sanu's father Pashupati Bhattacharya was a very famous singer and he trained Sanu as a singer and tabla player. After getting a degree in commerce from Calcutta University, Sanu began performing in 1979, singing at shows and restaurants around Calcutta. He tried to model his singing style after Bollywood singer Kishore Kumar.

Pooja Batra

Pooja Batra (born 27 October 1974) in Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh, is an Indian actress and model. She was crowned Femina Miss India International in 1993..

Early life and background

Being a Sindhi actress, Pooja Batra was born to Ravi Batra, an army colonel who was wounded in the 1971 war between India and Pakistan. Her mother, Neelam Batra was a former Miss India participant in 1971. She did her schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya Number-1 Faridabad, Kendriya Vidyalaya ONGC Agartala No. 2 at Tripura, Kendriya Vidyalaya (Army) Belgaum where she enjoyed sports, debates and plays. She was a good athlete who competed in the 200 and 400-meter dash.

She majored in Economics at the Fergusson College, Pune. She has two brothers, who are twins. She was Miss Asia Pacific (3rd runners up) in 1993, and at that time she was 18 years old.

Career

Early career

At a young age, she started modelling as a part-time job. She was best known for her Liril soap commercial. She was the first Indian face to launch and be a spokesperson for Head and Shoulders in India. As a model she has participated in over 250 events and ad campaigns. She shot to fame when she was crowned Miss India Asia-Pacific in 1993. She went on to become one of the top models in India. She walked the ramp for over 250 fashion shows in India and overseas. She is an ambassador for Parag Sarees. She has played the lead role in over 20 films. One of her films, Taj Mahal, a historical epic, was shown at the Cannes film festival in 2004. Pooja turned down many offers to complete her education before signing a contract with the Virasat Film Studio. She is the life member of International Film And Television Club of Asian Academy of Film & Television, Noida. In 1995 she did a cameo in a Tamil film called Aasai. She is from Mhow, near Indore M.P.

Anu Malik

Anu Malik (born 2 November 1960), born Anwar Sardaar Malik, is an Indian music director and singer who primarily works in the Hindi film industry. Son of Sardar Malek, Anu Malik made his debut as a music composer in 1977. In the 1990s he wrote hits for films like Phir Teri Kahani Yaad Aayee, Baazigar, and Jaanam. Anu Malik trained in music under his and made his debut in Hindi films in the year 1977 with the film Hunterwali. He is a versatile music director and has composed music for over 350 different kinds of films.

The 2000s brought him the National Award for his music for J.P. Dutta's Refugee and the Filmfare Special Jury Award. He won the Filmfare Best Music Director Award for Main Hoon Na and Baazigar. He is a record six-time winner from a record of 42 nominations of the best music director which includes 14-time nominee for the Filmfare Award for Best Music Director

Malik has been judging the television phenomenon Indian Idol since its inception. He has rendered many of his own compositions like "Garam Chaye Ki Pyali," "Gori Gori," and the recent "Meri Jane Jigar".
