Alexander Pushkin, a Russian poet, playwright, and novelist who is considered by many to be the greatest Russian poet, and the founder of modern Russian literature. Pushkin was Russian nobility in Moscow. His matrilineal great-grandfather was Ethiopian prince named Ibrahim Gannibal. Like Hannibal… As a young child he was stolen from his parents and sold in to slavery.
One of Pushkin's famous works is an unfinished work about his Ethiopian great-grandfather. At an early age he was either abducted and sent to the court of the Turkish Sultan in Constantinople. While under the strict surveillance of the Tsar's political police and unable to publish, Pushkin wrote his most famous play, the drama Boris Godunov.
Committed to social reform, He emerged as a spokesman for social radicals. This angered the government, and led to his transfer from the capital (1820)
To the Caucasus and to the Crimea, then to Kamenka and Chişinău, where he became a Freemason. Here he joined the Filiki Eteria, a secret organization whose purpose was to overthrow Ottoman rule in Greece and establish an independent Greek state. Challenged his wife Natalya's alleged lover, her brother in-law Georges d'Anthès, He was Shot in the right lower abdomen, Pushkin died two days later. His last home is now a museum. The Tsarist administration, fearing a political demonstration at his funeral,
had it moved to a smaller location, and restricted attendance to close relatives and friends.
The poet's body was taken secretly at midnight and buried on his mother's estate. Pushkin had four children, the youngest, Natalya married, into the royal house of Nassau. To Nikolaus Wilhelm of Nassau, and became the Countess of Merenberg.
Natalya's granddaughter, Nadejda, married into the British royal family
(her husband was the uncle of Prince Philip, Filiki Eteria, Freemason,

Russian literature basically started from Pushkin
Every year on June 6, Russia celebrates the birthday of the greatest Russian poet of all time: Alexander Pushkin. This year was no exception. There were many poetic evenings and exhibitions consecrated to this luminary of Russian poetry within the country and abroad.
There was a joke about it: “If not for a mortal duel with d'Anthès, Pushkin would be 217 years old.” This joke reflects the Russian attitude towards the great poet - in our consciousness, he is still alive.
And how can it be otherwise if Russian literature basically began with Pushkin? If verses from his poems became part of our everyday life and every child from the early ages can declaim his poems by heart? He is an inseparable part of our culture and our soul.

Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin (/ˈpʊʃkɪn/;Russian: Алекса́ндр Серге́евич Пу́шкин, tr. Aleksandr Sergeyevich Pushkin; IPA: [ɐlʲɪˈksandr sʲɪˈrɡʲejɪvʲɪtɕ ˈpuʂkʲɪn]; 6 June [O.S. 26 May] 1799 – 10 February [O.S. 29 January] 1837) was a Russian poet, playwright, and novelist of the Romantic era who is considered by many to be the greatest Russian poet and the founder of modern Russian literature.
Pushkin was born into Russian nobility in Moscow. His matrilineal great grandfather was Abram Gannibal, who was brought over as a slave from what is now Cameroon. Pushkin published his first poem at the age of fifteen, and was widely recognized by the literary establishment by the time of his graduation from the Tsarskoye Selo Lyceum.
While under the strict surveillance of the Tsar's political police and unable to publish, Pushkin wrote his most famous play, the drama Boris Godunov. His novel in verse, Eugene Onegin, was serialized between 1825 and 1832.
Pushkin was fatally wounded in duel with Georges-Charles de Heeckeren d'Anthès, a French officer serving with the Chevalier Guard Regiment who attempted to seduce the poet's wife, Natalya Pushkina.

Alexander Pushkin, a Russian poet, playwright, and novelist who is considered by many to be the greatest Russian poet, and the founder of modern Russian literature. Pushkin was Russian nobility in Moscow. His matrilineal great-grandfather was Ethiopian prince named Ibrahim Gannibal. Like Hannibal… As a young child he was stolen from his parents and sold in to slavery.
One of Pushkin's famous works is an unfinished work about his Ethiopian great-grandfather. At an early age he was either abducted and sent to the court of the Turkish Sultan in Constantinople. While under the strict surveillance of the Tsar's political police and unable to publish, Pushkin wrote his most famous play, the drama Boris Godunov.
Committed to social reform, He emerged as a spokesman for social radicals. This angered the government, and led to his transfer from the capital (1820)
To the Caucasus and to the Crimea, then to Kamenka and Chişinău, where he became a Freemason. Here he joined the Filiki Eteria, a secret organization whose purpose was to overthrow Ottoman rule in Greece and establish an independent Greek state. Challenged his wife Natalya's alleged lover, her brother in-law Georges d'Anthès, He was Shot in the right lower abdomen, Pushkin died two days later. His last home is now a museum. The Tsarist administration, fearing a political demonstration at his funeral,
had it moved to a smaller location, and restricted attendance to close relatives and friends.
The poet's body was taken secretly at midnight and buried on his mother's estate. Pushkin had four children, the youngest, Natalya married, into the royal house of Nassau. To Nikolaus Wilhelm of Nassau, and became the Countess of Merenberg.

(her husband was the uncle of Prince Philip, Filiki Eteria, Freemason,

Every year on June 6, Russia celebrates the birthday of the greatest Russian poet of all time: Alexander Pushkin. This year was no exception. There were many poetic evenings and exhibitions consecrated to this luminary of Russian poetry within the country and abroad.

2. He mentions some unknown politicians, so I addjusted their names so you can easily find it in Google and see their faces or read about them (not that anyone would want to, but just in case).
3. In Russian word ''apple'' is ''yа́bloko''. The party's name is suppose to be YaBL, and if you switch some letters places, it would be ''blyа́'', which doesn't exactly mean ''fuck'', but it's the closest.
4. Alе́shka is diminutive for Alexei. Usually kids are called like this.

8. In Russian, the words ''strange'' and ''shitty'' are very similar. They sound like this: strange - strа́nniy, shitty - srа́niy.
9. Also, the word ''old'' souds kinda similar to ''shitty'' as well - stа́riy.
10. ''Dad'' or ''daddy'' is how people calling Lukashenko in Russian speaking countries. I guess because he is strict like a father can be sometimes.

This is one of the funniest Zhirinovsky's interview. Mainly because of the fragment of this interview where he spoke about various topical subjects. He actually speaks his mind here, and even uses some inappropriate language. I think, he don't actually care, but it's funny.
2 main subjects of this interview are situation in Syria, and elections for Moscow mayor. He gives his evaluation about them, of course. He also speaks about immigrants problem, and some other subjects.

1. In Russia we have an expression, ''these was only flowers, berries will come later''. That means it's like you didn't see anything yet, this was not a big deal, the main events, the real thing will come later.
2. He mentions some unknown politicians, so I addjusted their names so you can easily find it in Google and see their faces or read about them (not that anyone would want to, but just in case).
3. In Russian word ''apple'' is ''yа́bloko''. The party's name is suppose to be YaBL, and if you switch some letters places, it would be ''blyа́'', which doesn't exactly mean ''fuck'', but it's the closest.
4. Alе́shka is diminutive for Alexei. Usually kids are called like this.

9. Also, the word ''old'' souds kinda similar to ''shitty'' as well - stа́riy.
10. ''Dad'' or ''daddy'' is how people calling Lukashenko in Russian speaking countries. I guess because he is strict like a father can be sometimes.

Challenged his wife Natalya's alleged lover, her brother in-law Georges d'Anthès, He was Shot in the right lower abdomen, Pushkin died two days later. His last home is now a museum. The Tsarist administration, fearing a political demonstration at his funeral,
had it moved to a smaller location, and restricted attendance to close relatives and friends.
The poet's body was taken secretly at midnight and buried on his mother's estate. Pushkin had four children, the youngest, Natalya married, into the royal house of Nassau. To Nikolaus Wilhelm of Nassau, and became the Countess of Merenberg.

(her husband was the uncle of Prince Philip, Filiki Eteria, Freemason,
