The End of
Star Wars Battlefront due to the permanent ban of Tesko249. The story behind it. And EA's "reasons" why they did this to me.
The full script of this video, as seen on-screen, together with links leading to the corresponding images (and more
...) can be found here:

An unconfirmed theory that allegedly caused this ban is the use of glitches and the showcase of glitch locations in a video of mine.
I doubt that this is responsible for my ban - and here are my reasons:
1.) (The obvious one): Be honest:
Having fun inside glitches can't be put anywhere on a level with actually using third party software such as aimbots/damage boosts/etc. It wouldn't make sense that EA permanently bans me within a time span of 10 days for merely using "glitches", while actual hackers like "LordSnowNL" are allowed to continue playing for MONTHS, achieving humanly impossible scores almost every day, without any consequences whatsoever in that time period.
2.) In my "
Major glitch spots" video, the description (and an annotation at the end of the video) reads: "This video does not promote the use of glitches for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage over your opponents.
Instead, accessing these glitches is supposed to be a fun activity for you and your friends, such as to explore areas that normally can't be seen and/or take screenshots or record video clips within these unique spots."
3.)
I am, by far, not the only one to access or showcase glitch spots in Battlefront. I know dozens of friends, strangers and other YouTubers who have done exactly the same thing - and they are completely fine.
4.) If glitching was a violation so severe that any player accessing them would have to get banned for a week (without a warning), then forever, lots of people (and especially YouTubers) would be permanently banned by now. Instead, EA should rather seize this opportunity (and especially the video
I've made) to go ahead and fix these glitch spots, since they now have all the graphical evidence they'd need for it. No more glitches - no more violations - no more bans.
5.) Assuming that this was the one and only reason for why I've got suspended and banned, the
Terms of Service team would have told me. But apparently, they say in their Email:
"• Use any game hacking/altering/cheating software or tools
• Use and communicate exploits and/or cheats", which clearly indicates that they believe I'm cheating.
And THAT is
100% not the case. Never been. Never will be.
I'm not denying the use of glitches at all,
but I do want to pronounce clearly and distinctly that I have NOT been using any kind of cheats or cheating software/tools or whatever else would give me an unfair advantage over my opponents (other than my pure gaming skills), as described in the Email by the ToS team.
One last thing: If EA doesn't change anything about this unjustified ban, then this will likely be my last video about Star Wars Battlefront.
It's been a pleasure playing this far - and a shame that I will be missed out on all the great new Battlefront content on the road ahead.
