A.M. Fernando Notebooks
The A.M. Fernando Notebooks exhibition concentrates on a very specific time in Fernando’s life by presenting digital copies of the London notebooks of A M Fernando 1929–30, and introduces you to the life of this remarkable man.
Dawn and New Dawn
The Dawn and New Dawn digitised collection is the only complete online archive of these magazines which were issued between 1952-1975 by the New South Wales Aborigines Welfare Board.
Aborigines' Inland Mission newsletters
The Aborigine's Inland Mission published the Our Aim newsletter between 1907 and 1961, and the Australian Evangel newsletter between 1930 and 1966.
The Koori Mail
The Koori Mail digitised collection is the only complete online archive for the Koori Mail – Australia's fortnightly national Indigenous newspaper. It was launched on 4 May 2011, which was also the date of publication for the Koori Mail's 500th edition.
Documenting the Freedom Ride
Ann Curthoys' diaries have become an essential piece of historical material that tells the story of the 1965 Freedom Ride. Members of the Student Action for Aborigines (SAFA) organisation also produced many useful items that provide insight into this watershed moment in Australian history.
Musical Connections: Alice Moyle
