All right guys, we're gonna go through our first submission, an Americana lock from side control. I'm gonna demonstrate it first. I'm in side control, nice good pin. There we go. There's the lock. All right. This is how we do it. I'm in side control. A lot of times, he'll push my head. Americana
Americana refers to artifacts, or a collection of artifacts, related to the history, geography, folklore and cultural heritage of the United States. Many kinds of material fall within the definition of Americana: paintings, prints and drawings; license plates or entire vehicles, household objects, tools and weapons; flags, plaques and statues, and so on. Patriotism and nostalgia play defining roles in the subject. The things involved need not be old, but need to have the appropriate associations. The Atlantic described the term as "slang for the comforting, middle-class ephemera at your average antique store—things like needle-pointed pillows, Civil War daguerreotypes, and engraved silverware sets." The term may be used to describe the theme of a museum or collection, or of goods for sale.
The term can also be used to describe studies of American culture, especially studies based in other countries.Americana music is contemporary music that incorporates elements of various American roots music styles, including country, roots-rock, folk, bluegrass and blues, resulting in a distinctive roots-oriented sound.

Soda Stereo
Soda Stereo was an Argentine rock band created in Buenos Aires in 1982, by the power trio made up of Gustavo Cerati (lead vocals, guitars), Héctor "Zeta" Bosio (bass), and Charly Alberti (drums). It achieved international success throughout the 1980s and 1990s, playing a pivotal role in the surfacing, development and dissemination of Latin and Ibero-American rock. They were the first Latin rock group to achieve success throughout Hispanic America.
Soda’s early sound was influenced by new wave bands such as Virus, The Police, Elvis Costello and post-punk bands such as Television (this influence particularly demonstrated in Soda's early works, e.g. Soda Stereo (1984), Nada Personal (1985), Signos (1986), and Doble Vida (1988)). The band gradually evolved into a heavier sounding alternative rock band, eventually drawing influences from classic rock, progressive rock, shoegaze, neo-psychedelia, britpop, and electronic music, particularly with the albums Canción Animal (1990), Dynamo (1992), and Sueño Stereo (1995).

New Americana
"New Americana" is a song by American singer and songwriter Halsey taken from her debut studio album, Badlands (2015). It was written by Kalkutta, Larzz Principato, James Mtume and Halsey, while production was handled by Lido. Described as an electropop and alternative pop song, "New Americana" describes the normalization of aspects of counterculture in the United States, including recreational marijuana use and same-sex marriage. The song was released on July 10, 2015, as the second single from the album.
Composition
"New Americana" is an electropop and midtempo alternative pop song. According to the digital sheet music published by Alfred Publishing Co., Inc., the song is composed in the key of E♭ major with an approximate tempo of 87 BPM and a vocal range of B♭3-C5. The track also includes a sample of "Juicy" by The Notorious B.I.G. Halsey's voice is layered on the chorus, which was inspired by Pink Floyd's similarly-themed hit, "Another Brick in the Wall".

Room 93
Room 93 is the debut EP by American recording artist Halsey. It was released in October 27, 2014 via Astralwerks. The project was re-released digitally on April 15, 2015, including a new version of "Ghost", this later is also included on the singer's debut full-length album Badlands. The sound of the EP is rooted on the electropop music genre. A digital remix version of the EP, featuring three remixes for the songs "Hurricane", "Ghost" and "Trouble" was released on March 3, 2015. Along with the remix EP, a "One Mic, One Take" EP was released on the same date.
