A man accused of robbing a beer distributor and three stores was apprehended Wednesday on the East Side.
Cesar Angeles, 36, faces at least four counts of aggravated robbery, said San Antonio Police Department Sgt. Daniel Alonzo.
Angeles is accused of robbing O'Reilly Auto Parts, 3520 South New Braunfels, while holding another customer at gunpoint at about 1:43 p.m. Wednesday, police said.

“The suspect threatened to harm that customer if money was not given to him,” Alonzo said.
After getting an undetermined amount of money, witnesses said he fled in a gray Dodge Journey.
That vehicle was spotted by a police helicopter moments after the incident, Alonzo said.
Angeles was spotted leaving the vehicle and walking into a store at Aransas Avenue and Hackberry Street, Alonzo said.
“He ran out the back door, officers gave a foot chase and caught him in front of a residence,” Alonzo said. “He had a handgun on him at the time.”
Detectives later connected Angeles to three other robberies including a Fallas Paredes, 1800 S. W.W. White Rd.; and a Dollar General at 414 North New Braunfels.
“We were able to get a full confession,” Alonzo said.
He added that Angeles also admitted to robbing a beer distributor of his wallet, Alonzo said.
Angeles was quiet and expressionless as he was taken to a police vehicle in the police station parking lot at 555 Academic Court.
