Steps:
1. For the folding workbench, build a frame out of 2x4 lumber approximately 4 feet long by 3 feet wide. Include two additional 2x4s for center supports.
2. Attach a 2x4 leger to the long side of the workbench using hinges. This leger will screw into the wall.
3. If you’re also using the workbench as an outfeed table, it should be slightly lower than the top of your table saw. Once you know that height, cut two 2x4s to serve as legs and attach them to the inside of the front of the frame using hinges.
4. Use a masonry drill bit and concrete screws to fasten the leger of the folding workbench to the wall.
Cut ¾” plywood for the bench top, and allow 1 1/2-2” around three sides for an overhang for clamping. Attach the workbench top to the frame by countersinking screws.

We did Darth Vader last week, so it's only appropriate we check out the Storm Trooper this time! With a super OP blaster rifle the little guy can level just about anything. We also check out a crazy big weaponized Goliath airship with fighters in it's hanger bay, a futuristic super car and both looks amazing, handles great, and moves at awesome speeds, and a prototype flying wing that drops bombs!

Besiege is a physics based building game in which you construct medieval siege engines and lay waste to immense fortresses and peaceful hamlets. Part 1 in a short series about building a workshop shed using some salvaged and new materials.
This video covers the ground works, the salvaged wood, a SketchUp model of the workshop, building a retaining block wall, making the frame, installing the windows, and starting to assemble.
This was my biggest ever project, and I don’t know if I’ll ever do anything bigger than this (unless I build myself a house some day!)

Workshop
Beginning with the Industrial Revolution era, a workshop may be a room or building which provides both the area and tools (or machinery) that may be required for the manufacture or repair of manufactured goods. Workshops were the only places of production until the advent of industrialization and the development of larger factories. In the 20th and 21st century, many Western homes contain a workshop in the garage, basement, or an external shed. Home workshops typically contain a workbench, hand tools, power tools and other hardware.
Backshop
In some repair industries, such as locomotives and aircraft, the repair operations have specialized workshops called backshops. Most repairs are carried out in small workshops, except where an industrial service is needed.

Founded in 2008, The WorkShop, LLC is a full-service multi-media production company based in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. The WorkShop President Tom Farrell founded the company. The WorkShop team has produced shows for broadcast syndication, cable networks, websites, and corporate seminars, including Golf Channel, HGTV.COM, Disney.com, TLC, truTV, Kodak, NutriSystem and Villanova University. It has attracted hosting talent such as Charles Barkley, Ray Romano and Paige Davis, host of Trading Spaces.

3. If you’re also using the workbench as an outfeed table, it should be slightly lower than the top of your table saw. Once you know that height, cut two 2x4s to serve as legs and attach them to the inside of the front of the frame using hinges.
4. Use a masonry drill bit and concrete screws to fasten the leger of the folding workbench to the wall.
Cut ¾” plywood for the bench top, and allow 1 1/2-2” around three sides for an overhang for clamping. Attach the workbench top to the frame by countersinking screws.

We did Darth Vader last week, so it's only appropriate we check out the Storm Trooper this time! With a super OP blaster rifle the little guy can level just about anything. We also check out a crazy big weaponized Goliath airship with fighters in it's hanger bay, a futuristic super car and both looks amazing, handles great, and moves at awesome speeds, and a prototype flying wing that drops bombs!

ABOUT BESIEGE:
Besiege is a physics based building game in which you construct medieval siege engines and lay waste to immense fortresses and peaceful hamlets. Build a machine which can crush windmills, wipe out battalions of brave soldiers and transport valuable resources, defending your creation against cannons, archers and whatever else the desperate enemies have at their disposal. A lakeside afternoon with a group of nude dancers taking a workshop with choreographer Eric Kupers. Free of their clothes everyone feels transformed and energized with spontaneity. The rhythms of nature flow through their bodies. Filmed at Folsom Lake in California. The whole video is too long to show here so I have created this much shortened version. -- My name is Nomad and I organize small group trips into nature where we get naked, then get creative with photography, videography and interacting with the environment. 3. If you’re also using the workbench as an outfeed table, it should be slightly lower than the top of your table saw. Once you know that height, cut two 2x4s to serve as legs and attach them to the inside of the front of the frame using hinges.
4. Use a masonry drill bit and concrete screws to fasten the leger of the folding workbench to the wall.
Cut ¾” plywood for the bench top, and allow 1 1/2-2” around three sides for an overhang for clamping. Attach the workbench top to the frame by countersinking screws.

Besiege is a physics based building game in which you construct medieval siege engines and lay waste to immense fortresses and peaceful hamlets. Build a machine which can crush windmills, wipe out battalions of brave soldiers and transport valuable resources, defending your creation against cannons, archers and whatever else the desperate enemies have at their disposal. Create a trundling behemoth, or take clumsily to the skies, and cause carnage in fully destructible environments. We did Darth Vader last week, so it's only appropriate we check out the Storm Trooper this time! With a super OP blaster rifle the little guy can level just about anything. We also check out a crazy big weaponized Goliath airship with fighters in it's hanger bay, a futuristic super car and both looks amazing, handles great, and moves at awesome speeds, and a prototype flying wing that drops bombs!

ABOUT BESIEGE:
Besiege is a physics based building game in which you construct medieval siege engines and lay waste to immense fortresses and peaceful hamlets. Build a machine which can crush windmills, wipe out battalions of brave soldiers and transport valuable resources, defending your creation against cannons, archers and whatever else the desperate enemies have at their disposal. Create a trundling behemoth, or take clumsily to the skies, and cause carnage in fully destructible environments. Ultimately, you must conquer every Kingdom by crippling their castles and killing their men and livestock, in as creative or clinical a manner as possible!
