A teenager has died in a crash in Forrestdale on Tuesday morning.
A Toyota sedan, a Toyota ute and an Isuzu truck collided on Tonkin Highway near the intersection of Forrest Road at around 6:15am.

One person has been killed and three others injured after two cars and a truck collided on Tonkin Highway this morning. Vision: Nine News Perth.
The male driver of the sedan, aged 18 from Hammond Park, died at the scene while the driver of the second car, a 40-year-old man, was taken to Armadale Hospital with minor injuries.
The 24-year-old driver of the truck was not injured.
Investigators would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the crash.
