UPDATE: All three traffic incidents have now been cleared. Traffic still slow in some areas.
It has been a disaster on Perth roads this evening as commuters attempt to get home, with three separate major incidents stopping traffic.
Earlier this afternoon Stirling Bridge in North Fremantle was closed due to a police incident, with traffic in the area still impacted.
Then a second bridge in the area was closed by police, with reports of multiple police vehicles and ambulances attending the Fremantle Traffic Bridge, off Queen Victoria Street.

In addition, Main Roads confirmed the Mitchell Freeway northbound was closed due to a serious crash near Karrinyup Road. All northbound traffic was being diverted off the freeway at the Cedric Street exit.
